There was a young lady that helped me on the phone and when I came into the store to pick up my shoes. She made sure that I was taken care of and had the correct shoes and size and went over and Beyond to make sure that I had what I needed. And I wish I could remember her name but she was phenomenal. I was in SAS on November18th if that helps. Thank you so much SAS

High quality shoes and high quality service and expertise. It is a pleasure to visit a show store where they meet you at the door and, after looking around, measure your foot and bring shoe selections that fit. Shoes have good support and cushioning for walking. I wanted a casual shoe and my wife wanted something to wear with dresses and pants. Very pleased, even our cat approves!

I purchased these huggy earth sandals on sale yesterday for $136.74. I bought them because I heard they were really comfortable and good for your feet. I put the shoes on and put a slip cover on so I wouldn't scuff them up, but with my high arch the shoe made my feet hurt because they don't relax like my sketcher sandals that I paid $125.00 for.I called the store this morning and spoke to the sales lady to see if I could return to get exchange because the shoes aren't comfortable and you can't know this unless you wear the shoe, but all sales on these shoes are final and the kicked is it isn't printed anywhere on the sales receipt.This will be my first and last time purchasing anything from SAS because their shoes are expensive even on sale and in this economy it is like throwing money out of the window when you buy a shoe for comfort and then you are disappointed because it doesn't live up to your expectations.I will donate the shoes to Goodwill and hope that the new owner can get some joy from them.

I have been using SAS for 5 years. Then recommend SAS to my boyfriend. He got the first pair last year . He loved it! and then he just bought another pair last week. He felt comfortable in the store but didn’t feel right and fit in couple days, he went back and changed to a new size without conditions. The ladies who work there are very nice and very helpful.

I have worn SAS Shoes for over 10 years. Made in America and you cannot beat the quality. This is a great location and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

My SAS shoes have finally given up after 25+ years. And I fully intend to purchase a new pair. The only thing I’hate’ is the fact that the location I went to has closed and it seems they’re no longer open on Sunday.:(

Best shoes ever for work and comfort. Slip resistance bottoms can save your life on a slippery floor. My husband does not wear anything else but SAS shoes and recently it was time to purchase a new pair for him. Called the Kennesaw store on a Friday evening and made it there before 7:00 PM. This nice lady RENA told me not to trip on shoes that another lady was trying. I knew exactly what I was looking for when I walked into the store. Ms. Rena checked me in and out promptly and made my shopping very pleasant after a very long day. Thank you!

I was nervous going to SAS since I wasn't sure what I was doing. My daughter and I walked in and the cashier greeted us and told is about the history of the store. We picked out shoes and she measured my feet. The cashier went painstakingly through the store and picked out shoes she though would be best for me. She even checked the computer to order stock in colors I was preferring for my size. She was so patient and kind. The store was very clean. I'll definitely be going back to add to my collection. It is nice to finally know what size shoe I actually am.

I want to thank Rena for her outstanding job with selecting the right shoe for my mother. Rena is personable, knowledgeable and caring. She takes time with her customers to make sure they have what they need and are satisfied. This is my second time at the Kennesaw location and service is always on point.
