Sorry I rented at this place.
Read your lease . . . if you are one day late on your rent, you are charged a $100.00 late fee and that includes weekends when staff is not at location and banks are closed.
My boss zelle my check on Friday, the payment showed up pending and it took a day to resolve the issue which caused my rent to be late. Management did not care about my issue even though it was a weekend and the banks were closed. I paid the late fee the very next day when the money was available in my account which was the 2nd.
On the 3rd, I opened the door to a security guard handing out late notices. I was being harrassed even though I had paid my rent.
Staff is horrible.

AJ Burgess, the Manager and all staff were awesome they acknowledge us as soon as we got in the door. They took the time to help us and show us around! Very respectful and friendly! I look forward to hopefully moving in soon!

I am happy to change my review. Maintenance has really stepped up their game and I appreciate it. To Mrs. Tiffany Chisum, thank you for being so attentive and prompt on getting things taken care of expeditiously. Thank you maintenence team. I know I can be a pain when it comes to being clean, but it is my expectation. It's one on the reasons I chose here.

I have had nothing but positive experiences here! Maintenance is exceptional and responsive. I placed a maintenance order this morning at 11:55 and Ricky was here at 12:20 fully prepared to solve the issue. He’s an outstanding guy to say the least!

I just want to start off by saying that AJ turned my entire experience into one of the best. He was helpful, attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and likable. He even apologized for the mistake made by someone else. If you are looking for an apartment and need to talk to staff who will listen to understand in order to be of assistance. AJ at Maa Shilo Community is does just that. He helped make my day (I would like to request he be given a raise for an outstanding job).

I have been living here less than a year and approached the leasing manager Belinda Davis regarding transferring into a larger apartment with my aging father (whom has been a resident for many many years) MAA Shiloh leasing staff has been extremely accommodating and made the transition seamless. I absolutely adore the maintenance and leasing office employee and feel they while heartily care about us. The landscaping is well done, trash compactors promptly emptied and so many of our neighbors (from 3 separate units) are friendly. This has become a such a supportive and caring community that we did not want to leave.
Thank you MAA Shiloh for being our extended family
