Despite it being the holidays and jammed packed the employees were very attentive, friendly & so helpful. My husband has been looking for the same pair of boots for months in a specific color and they assisted us to try on the shoes (in a different color) and order them (the ones he wanted).We really appreciated them!

The employees (Jessica and Corey) at this location are/were extremely rude. I took my my son's bike back in to have it re-checked. The problem that I initially took it in for, wasn't fixed. Since I purchased a membership during my first visit, I thought it would only be right to take it back to the place, that did the initial diagnosis and repair. Upon speaking with Jessica and showing her a six second video of the chain Popping/slipping, she stated that your son was in the wrong gear and walked away. Corey, the coworker, was extremely rude and took up for her. All I wanted to do, was to get my son's bike fixed, from the initial problem that I brought it in for and paid for. This place is more concerned with selling you a membership, then fixing the problem. However, a nice older gentleman, named Mark came over to help me out. He took his time to assess the bike and said that the initial problem that I brought the bike in for was never fixed or done correctly. After my son's bike is fixed, or if it can be fixed here, I will never come back here again, nor recommend that anyone else comes here. I clearly see why this place has so many 1 star reviews. I don't care about losing my money from purchasing the membership. It is about the principle. No customer should feel like a culprit, when you're bringing a bike back in to get it rechecked from the initial problem that you paid for in the beginning . I highly recommend that you take your bike somewhere else.

A bit pricey on bike tune up but the fact that they're open past 5 compared to other bike shops and service was overall great with friendly attentive staff u can't go wrong with this shop ??

The most helpful staff, and they aren't judgy.They have great shoe selection and will size your foot and help you find the perfect fit for any activity.Huge clothing selection and all things outdoors can be found here. Nice layout. Clean and organized

Very rude employees working here we were walking in and when the lady up front asked if we were buying anything, we said no because my buddy was looking for a knife. She then said "then y'all have no business being in here" and sent us out the door

I love REI but not this location. When I returned a pair of running shoes after they reopened due to COVID, the clerk was very nasty to me, saying that the shoes had been worn a lot. I told her that I had purchased two pairs just before COVID so that I could alternate days of wearing the shoes. The store closed for COVID before I could return the defective pair. Instead of wearing out the one pair, I decided to wear the defective pair until the store reopened. I even showed her both pairs of shoes so that she could see the defect for herself. Both the clerk and manager, whom she called over to examine the shoes, were very nasty and treated me like a criminal, although I did nothing to violate their return policy. I also had my bike tuned up and repaired there. Some of the services for which I had paid were not completed. When I asked to have them done, the mechanic was very nasty. When I took the bike with me on an RV trip across country, one of my riding companions, who is a triathlete, pointed out other problems that should have been repaired. I will never use the repair shop at this location again!

I like how they really try to make it feel like they're invested in the community. They're kind and when they made a mistake on fixing my bike they acknowledged it and gave me a slight discount without me even asking. I'm proud to be a member.

Back in May of 2021 the tech told me there that I need to buy the tire online because they did not have any.does not make sense that if you can buy it online then REI should be able to procure some.they also held my bike over for 2 weeks on a minor adjustment to the brakes and gears.Was told by someone there that they were not busy and that they should get it out sooner.

I came in to REI with a broken derailleur on my bike ready for a fix. I came in got my bike and asked can I test it please. He said yes but you have to pay for a test ride. Which is absurd I want to see that it is not broken which it was broken because. When I got home it kept switching two gears instead of one. And on top of that the back tire was flatter then a pancake. Which indicates that he didn't fully check my bike before handing it to me. :(
