BEWARE!! - charged me $104.00 shipping on a 6lb box that weighed less than 6 lbs. UPSP stated this shipment would have been less that $13.00. They are making more money on shipping than they are on product. Their response was oh well - your mistake. Yes it was, I thought I was getting more than I did, but the attitude I received back is deplorable in todays business. Everyone out for them selves. Everyone else can jump off a bridge.

Website was easy to navigate and they had a plethora of items to choose from. After ordering I had the items the next day. Really great customer service. Again, easy to order and the delivery time was EXCEPTIONAL!

I contacted the company on April 12th, looking into why I still have not received an order I placed on Amazon by their company. Their reply was that I am correct I did not receive the package because I did not give them a real address to ship to and that USPS was unable to deliver my order. I have been using Amazon for over six years using this same address, including orders shipped using USPS. This company has been the only company that has failed at successfully delivering an order to a building that accepts packages 24 hours a day. Ironically, every other company in that order was able to successfully deliver my order.
