I went to the deli and wanted fresh plain non breaded wings because they only had spicy out front ready to go. They told me no. The first publix ever to refuse to make a fresh order of chicken for a customer in my experience. The manager in that department has failed to prioritize a good customer experience.

My boyfriend and i get the same subs every time. Not only has this publix told us the sandwich we always get, isn't a thing. They are always extremely slow. Stacy Ann treats you like you're the problem and will give you a bag of sauce instead of just a side of it. unfortunately.. Don't even think about placing an online order because that will take even longer.
