The people working in the deli are the worst. 4 people making 1 sandwich laughing and talking to each other while people wait in line.

Overall, this is a great store, but I would like to complement one person in particular. Terry escorted me around recommending cheese, crackers, and other charcuterie supplies. She demonstrated superior customer service!

I never have any issues with customer service or their pharmacy. And I love the fact that the produce department is WONDERFUL! Fruit and veggies are always the best than any other grocery store that I've shopped.

I have shopped here for so many years and have always found it to be clean and with friendly workers. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the lack of training the baggers must be getting lately. Often, refrigerated groceries are mixed with shelf foods or household items, which sometimes I do not see and hence, do not put away immediately. (A real issue in July) Or torn bags from sharp edged boxes or too much weight. *I do have reusable bags, but sometimes I do not remember to bring them with me.
I also wish the checkout clerks would always ask if I have coupons, since they always ask if I want make a donation. Yesterday, I forgot to cash in on $16 worth of app coupons. The Publix app with digital coupons and BOGO's are the only reason I am still able to shop with the chain right now, since prices have become so expensive. I can save money at wal-mart grocery too and not restrict my family to offers. But would I prefer to not have to.

This store is clean and organized. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and helpful. It's a great place to shop.

The prices here are the highest for groceries. The experience is always nice, however. You get what you pay for.

Although Publix is revered as High in all things, it's the only place I get fruit. Idk what is it but the fruit from Publix tops all even some farmers markets!!!
