Horrible pharmacist. Avoid at all costs.

Not helpful. I know the pharmacist is only there to fill meds and take your money. However, it would be nice if the pharmacist looked out for their customers. My medication was $125. I thought it was because it was a 90-day script. Nope, it was only 30, and my insurance only covered $80. The price with a coupon from GoodRx was $43. Would have been nice to have a pharmacist who would have noticed the cost was high. I called and asked if it could be adjusted and that it couldn't be adjusted. Ultimately, it's my fault. They have no loyalty to me, and I have no loyalty to them.

Nice Publix, clean. The deli however, is literally the slowest ever. I have repeatedly seen a line 5 people deep and there are 4 people behind the counter with only one of them helping customers.

The customer service is very poor. The past several times I've filled prescriptions, I've driven up there, and they are not ready when they told me they were. Then, they act rudely and continue to move as slow as possible to get your order ready.

When I am in Georgia I head out to Publix.as Publix is not in Texas. I love the store and think it is the best in the USA. When my Mother moved to Tampa from NY she introduced me to Publix. Which she referred to as "my Publix". Now I visit a friend in Winter Park who Took me there twice over Thanksgiving

The worst experience I've ever had at a Publix deli !!!!!! I proceed to walk to counter not a single person is in like mind you there is 4 / FOUR People working All working at the sub station I walk up to the counter one says "we'll be with you shortly " I wait . The whole 7 minutes I was standing no one comes up to get a sub just me . Now I'm 9 minutes in a person walks up to the counter instantly one of the works says "What can we get you today " *proceeds to get his sandwich bread of choice . I was livid At this point I looked at all of them in the eyes and firmly said "I've been standing here waiting for more then 5 minutes " and walked out of the store Then I proceeded to text my wife who also said this happened to her last Sunday

In all honesty I should write two reviews as I ordered a Birthday Cake and Wings for my granddaughter's Sweet Sixteen. 8/14/21 The Science themed Birthday Cake created at the Bakery was phenomenal. If I could give it 10 stars that would only be minimally fair. Everyone was amazed. On the other hand the $46.00 that I spent on an assortment of wigs were very disappointing. I have shopped this store for over seven years and this was the only time I can say I had and issue. The store is always clean the Customer Service is stellar. These wings were old pre heated dry and re-seasoned to cover up the lack of freshness that would have come from wings prepared the same day.. Everyone including a 6 year old complained. I won't make that mistake again

The Publix deli is extremely slow. If there are only 4 people in like you should expect to be in line for at least 30 minutes.

The only place to get watermelon is Publix! Honestly all of their fresh fruit is superior. Always super sweet and fresh!

TLDR: Dont sleep on the Publix bakery because their cakes are amazing and affordable!! I got a Barbie cake for my birthday and it was such a good decision. I got a vanilla cake and whip cream as a topping. It was just as good as I remember. The cake isn't too sweet and it's so so so moist. The cake is also just beautiful and less than $100 (I checked with other bakeries and it would always be 100+).

The Deli has been really inconsistent lately. I am not pleased with my order of chicken wings. The quality of the wings, are very poor, and not edible.

Through the years customer service at this Publix has been great. However, their prices are really high, unless you buy one and get the second one free. So I pretty much only buy French bread from there and crispy rye bread. I am used to shopping for produce from Aldi or other stores even this is the closest grocery store for me. But back to the customer service. Few days ago I used their quest service counter and was helped by Jared. He was friendly, professional, very helpful and quick. I needed to send money via Western Union and Jared knew exactly how to assist me. So that was most pleasant experience ever for me at this store.

They don’t know how to run a synchronized medication delivery system , always inform you at the last minute, when you are out of refills that an issue has arisen are not willing to listen

We all know that Publix is known for providing exemplary customer service and fresh food. This location has to be the best in the chain. Everyone that I have interacted with there has been wonderful. The employees there are genuinely glad to see me. I have been to their sister stores around where I live, but will drive out of my way just to go to this location. Great job!
