Almost had me go to the emergency room due to their incompetence. I take a medication, that if abruptly stopped, can cause seizures. I knew the medication was on back order so I called around to pharmacies to check stock. I was told they had my prescription and the quantity available. So I had my doctor call the prescription in there. Only to get a call at 5:30 saying they didn’t have the medication. I don’t even think she checked. I didn’t sleep and missed work that weekend. And then they refused to transfer it to another pharmacy.I told the pharmacist who called me to tell me they were out, and I told him that I had confirmed availability that same day. He said, “oh, she probably just looked at the wrong thing.” Not even an apology.

Rude staff, always treats me as if I am suspicious or something when I pick my prescription up. It’s Hydroxyzine, not even a controlled substance. Once I asked my roommate to go pick up a prescription for someone else that is not controlled. Then I went into pick it up and the pharmacist refused to fill it because he said it seemed “suspicious” even though I had my ID and all of the information needed.I just called the next day and talked to someone else and they filled it. Inconsistent too.Will be transferring to Kroger, as I never had a problem there before. A healthcare provider, which I consider a pharmacist to be, should not make you feel like you are doing something wrong when you are picking up meds that your physician has prescribed you for 5 years.

Completely and utterly incompetent. They can’t seem to decide on operating hours, either. I’ve received a call to come pick up my medicine, only for them to close within ten minutes of the call. That was several weeks ago on a Sunday. I was told they close at 7. Today, I stop by at 6. Pharmacy closed.How can I trust someone to get my medicinal dosages correct if they can’t even get opening and closing times correct? I’ll be swapping to a different pharmacy after this.

I only gave them 2 stars because they had a product in stock that I have been trying to find for weeks. I went in there today to get a fried chicken breast at the hot food station. I was horrified to see several flies landing all over the hot food. When I went up to check out I brought it to the attention of the cashier who immediately went over to the manager to let her know of the situation.

I frequent this store at least weekly. I am always treated with respect and they always have what I need. I love their baked goods and the deli has great food. Everyone you encounter is amazing.

I'm trying to figure out why they're prepping food and having conversations with no mask during Covid , yet the cashiers are all fully masked. At the very least the people handling the food should have mask. Covid is not over ........

This Publix sits on the corner of Old 41 and Barrett Parkway, sharing a shopping center with a few restaurants and local store fronts. This location has been in place for a while, so age is starting to be visible in areas of the store, inside and out. Nothing crazy, but the floors are worn, carts have seen better days and the overall layout is a little different and smaller than newer stores. Service here has never been an issue, however it has never been stellar either. Publix has a high level of service that they offer, but all interactions I have had at this store have not consisted of that level. From the bakery/sandwich associates to the cashiers, service has been decent and has got the job done each time. I have swung in for actual groceries, cookies, booze and of course, a Pub Sub. My latest trip was the get that sub and for this trip I ordered through the website to pick up at a scheduled time, 830pm. I arrived at 835pm and there my sammy was, sitting in the pick up section near the deli counter. I scooped up my drink and chips and headed to the front where the cashier that was open and free was waiting at the end of her aisle, which is a nice touch and takes the guess work out of scoping open and free lanes. Overall, this Publix is a decent store in a solid location that checks off all the boxes needed when it comes to the brand! When in the area and in need, I will certainly be back!

Did a terrible job handling safety measures during Covid. There were various signs acknowledging that masks were enforced inside for both customers and employees yet customers were allowed to shop and walk around without masks. The employees were also not wearing masks or improperly wearing them. The store itself is usually stocked and organized. The staff is cleaning during night shifts consistently and it's usually busier in the daytime.

Instacart driver for Publix is malicious they need to do better screenings. Delivery driver called me when she arrived at my building and wanted me to come down and get my water. I told her I paid for delivery she hung up on me. Received damaged groceries because she didn't want to bring my cases of waters to my 3rd floor apartment so she damaged them as well as some other items. She took a picture saying groceries were delivered but when I went to the door my items were delivered near my neighbors door and damaged. Sent pictures to instacart all they wanted to do was credit my instacart account...will NEVER use them again. Beware of delivery driver ALEXIS

Not enforcing mask "requirement" despite the sign at the front door. Seem to be fine with endangering customers. I've complained countless times, to no avail. Walmart has better compliance. Sad.
