This was a great pharmacy for years. In the last 2 years they have become one of the most horrible run businesses I've ever seen. They won't answer the phone. When they do they put you on immediate hold without saying a word. They rarely call about medications being filled or not being filled. They rarely respond to their own app. Medications are rarely ready when the app says they will be and the pharmacist made no attempt to keep my business when I told her I was going to move it. I've been trading there for approximately 8 years. With the exception of a couple people it is just a horrible place to do business full of apathetic, rude employees.

I’ve been using Publix pharmacy my entire life for all of my prescriptions. I just moved out to Kennesaw and was excited to see another Publix I could continue to use to pick up my medications, but the pharmacist at this Publix is extremely rude and seems like she doesn’t care about anyone or anything and lacks severe patience. Every time I call to refill she is so rude over the phone and in person. I wish she would be replaced with someone who knows how to work in customer service especially when handling peoples medications.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They have zero empathy whatsoever and I just need my normal prescription filled. It’s not like I tried to get it filled early. Terrible pharmacist!!! They should lose their license and work at McDonald’s where they belong.

The pharmacist, MARSHAL, is a nightmare. Because of him, I will be having my prescriptions moved to another publix.
The other staff members are very nice. At least when the phone is answered. Which is rarely.
Most terrible experience I've EVER had with a pharmacy. EVER! They're worse than Walgreens could ever be!!!
Would rate ZERO if I could.

Love this Publix and its staff. Unfortunately, the Pharmacy needs some major additional oversight or extra training. Several recent trips to this Pharmacy location have seen them not check messages for hours when docs call in Rx. They also have staff with ESL/communications issues working in the pharmacy that cannot understand clearly spoken information. This isn't to judge that person but they cannot be in a position that involves health & safety while not able to understand the customer/patients. They may be great at another position in the pharmacy but NOT interacting with a customer or looking up medications/prescriptions. They also had trouble looking up insurance information that was used at the exact same pharmacy the day before due to communication issues.

Amazing service and help from the pharmacy staff. They were so kind to help me transfer my newborn's prescription from another pharmacy, and they made sure it was in stock and ready asap. They were all so very kind, and actually seem to care about the patient. Highly recommend.

They make you wait. I was the only customer there and there were 2 pharmacists and 2 other employees and even though they saw me wait, no one acknowledged that it would take a few mins. I made eye contact with 2 of them and still nothingI gave it a whole 10 mins and then asked “how long am I supposed to wait” and only then I got helped.The only reason I don’t go anywhere else is the convenience.

Been using Publix Pharmacies for Years! Mainly this Location until Covid + and living with family for extra help. The pharmacist and pharmacy technicians that work at Publix are extra special. Today the associate even asked about me and my health. Where are you going to have that happen anymore- especially with us being more and more reliant on Technology. It made my Day to have the Shawn (spelling, may be wrong) go out of her way to ask me questions regarding my health. The past 12 months have been extremely hard. Ive had 32 surgeries or surgical procedures since 2007. Even more before that due to other health reasons. Over the years I've had some great caring and genuinely concerned pharmacies with pharmacists or technicians who go above and beyond. But I have never been met time and time and time again with smiling faces where the staff no matter what they're position that always seem to go the extra mile at Publix. This one in particular! I miss Dominic who worked at this location for years. I'll miss him and hope he'll be transferred back one day. The new staff over last year thats come in is just as great! They won't disappoint. There kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Ask questions and you will receive Answers. Having such a diligent and knowledgeable staff with all that's going on in the world today is a blessing. Publix offers vaccines and is set up to meet all you tech lovers out there happy with the Publix app. If you rather talk to someone in person then Publix is the way to go.
