This establishment is nice with a wide selection of lighting. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by the receptionist. I believe her name was Ana. She was very pleasant, welcoming and informative. I would have gave 5 stars but only two out 5 employees spoke to us while we were in the store, the receptionist and Linda a sales consultant. Linda was pleasant, not pushy amd checked on us to make sure we were okay. If not for those two mentioned employees we would have walked out, and given 1 star. Customer service is first and foremost on our list. Thank you Ana and Linda for making our visit pleasant! There is also a clearance center located at the rear of the store where you will find final sales items with additional savings. If you are looking for lighting for your home or business come check out Progressive lighting. It will make your day brighter!

We stopped in to check out some light fixtures. A lady at the front greeted us right away, including one lady. 3 other employees look right at us and walked by us several times and didn't speak. I saw few items that caught my eyes but won't be shopping in there.

Whoever does Customer Service training at Progressive Lighting, needs to train the entire nation! Hands down the best customer service I’ve had in a VERY LONG time!! From our sales lady Linda to the warehouse manager that personally loaded our fixture in a box truck and drove it to our house, this company knows what it means to meet a deadline and keep a customer. We will forever be Progressive Lighting customers and have already started sending people your way!! Thank you!!

They have a huge selection of lighting for all tastes. Staff are very helpful. Also, it is a good idea to check out their discontinued items. There's nothing wrong with these lights, they're just no longer selling them as a stock item.

Wonderful atmosphere and the girl that sits at the front desk, Niffy. Is so delightfully welcoming when you walk in. She always has a smile and an upbeat energy about her. They also have a wide selection of lighting and decor.

Excellent place to find a variety of quality light options. They also price match. Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I am now enjoying my newly installed chandelier.

This is THE place to buy lighting & more for your home. Just discovered they have a huge Outlet out back attached to their beautiful showroom. This place has been in business since the 80’s, maybelonger. Highly recommend you opt-in for designer lighting and opt-out of big box shopping. Great staff, super helpful, especially Linda. Thanks for helping me select exterior wall lights for my front door. And the porch fan and lights came together beautifully!Hint: Located behind Wellstar Pediatric Center on Barrett Parkway

I have lived in the area for 4 years and now that my husband and I are moving several hours away I wanted to stop at Progressive Lighting to hopefully find some distintive light fixtures for our new home. To my surprise the store had far more than light fixtures, they had home decor, furniture and artwork as well. As soon as we walked in an amicable young lady greeted us and told us about the sale they were having. While my husband and I started our way to walk around the store I could not help but to point out all the items I had to have. I was able to find several lovely pendants, 2 table lamps and artwork. My husband told me we could only purchase a few items and would make a trip back once we moved into our new home.The customer service was outstanding. All of the Ladies were very helpful. Prices are reasonable and I was able to find unique pieces that I haven't seen anywhere else. They have a website, but I prefer going into a store to see exactly what I'm purchasing, especially if it is a light fixture. I will definitely be back to Progressive Lighting.

The lighting selection is oka, but very limited and expensive to be so bland with very few options! Either way, this place is a nightmare! We’ve been waiting for almost 4 weeks for a fan to be picked up out of our floor that was uninstalled waiting for warranty/service to make good on a brand new ceiling fan! Why in the world would anyone have to wait on warranty/service when we purchased a brand new fan that hasn’t worked correctly since day one?

I worked with Kim W and she was absolutely the BEST! I have vertigo and went straight in and told her from the beginning. She was so accommodating and made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. I can’t wait to see my new house come together with her help. Kim, you were truly amazing. Thank you so much!
