The posted hours are incorrect-the stand closes at 7:30 pm, not 8:00 pm as advertised. This information may have been helpful before I rushed to and through the mall (at 9 months pregnant) to make it before closing…only to have employees tell me they couldn’t make a sale.

I had the pleasure of working with Alanna. The customer service was 100%. She was very patient and kind. She provided great detail about the items of interest to me and offered great suggestions. My experience with her makes me want to return for future purchases. I hope she is there when I am looking to make more purchases.

Do not purchase extended warranty for earrings . I got my daughters ear pierced and was advised to purchase the warranty to cover just in case she pulled it out and they would repierce for free . They never mentioned anything about having to bring the jewelry in in order to use the warranty. I searched all over for the earring and couldn’t find it . Long story short I wasted my money and will never purchase again.
