Megan fried my hair off when i told her it already had some damage and the hair history now i am trying to grow it back she did not care about the integrity of my hair. also she didn’t even touch the back of my head which i am noticing a lot in her work everything looks the exact same after spending that amount of money i was very unhappy i willjust find a person who actually cares about people and their hair I will never ever use her again. so just beware and make sure this don’t happen to u.Services: Haircut

Hi, I’ve been to the Phase II salon yesterday.Previously I didn’t get appointment so I went to the salon and she gave me an appointment for next week which is yesterday. She called me a day prior and told that there’s another appointment which is colliding with mine as she messed it up and I said okay as long as you can work it out I’m okay with this. The first image is what I asked her and the second image is what she colored me, when I said I’m unhappy with it she tried to make it a little red and that’s in the third picture. I was still very unhappy with it as you see what I expected and what I got I clearly shared the same with her but she didn’t change any. She asked me to come back after checking for a week but I’m sure she’d charge me again which I’m not okay with ( as I had to pay 130$ for this ). I had to go home with hell lot of disappointment. The only thing I can appreciate is the efforts she put in and the time she spent patiently but I can’t appreciate her work.Service: Balayage

I paid for a deep conditioning and full highlights foils for my daughter. My daughter had called me and said it doesn't even look like her Roots have been foiled because they were not close to her head. There were no foils underneath in the back of her hair. She had sent me a picture when she was leaving. So I had text Megan and scheduled an appointment after New Years because we were leaving out of town the next day. When confirming I asked if it were possible just to get a really deep conditioning instead of foils. I thought it would be best Because her hair was so dry and I didn't think it would be a good idea to put more foils in it because of the breakage. She had no problem doing so but there would be no discount given. I was not happy nor my daughter with the highlight foils. Or the lack of consideration for a customer.Service: Hair styling

This salon is by far the best in Kennesaw and the best I have ever been to!! Kayla has been doing mine and my daughters hair for over 6 yrs. highly recommend!! Love these Ladies.
