Puppies were cute, but the staff was treating me and my friend horribly and would refuse to help us.
We went in 11/16 because I’ve been looking for a dog for a while now, I’ve been to shelters, looked on websites, and now have finally went to an overpriced place to see what’s up.
When we first get in there, there’s no workers in sight. After waiting for about 5 minutes I see someone and ask them to help us. We looked at the first puppy pretty quickly and everything was going good. We ask to look at another one and she takes the puppy and doesn’t come back for another 30 minutes. I get up and see she’s helping someone else on the opposite side of the store and it seems she’s trying to help everyone but us. So we ask another staff member and see a different dog (one that I asked about before but was already out) and they get it for us. About 10 minutes with this dog, she pees in the corner and is tracking it all around the small box we were in (of course it’s not the dogs fault) and we were waiting for almost 15 minutes for someone to even come over to the side of the store we were on. When we get out of the box we start looking for another puppy- another 15 minutes of waiting before someone even asks us if we need help. After someone comes up to us we get told there is a “2 puppy pull limit”. We saw so many families that have gotten to see way more than 2. The worker was being nice though and let us see the puppy anyway. It again peed.
We saw one last puppy and left. We were there for almost 4 hours and only saw 4 dogs. People were in and out of there faster than we could even get someone to acknowledge us.

Buffet, with lots of comfort food. Salad bar, dessert bar also. They always have fried chicken, baked chicken. Then the others meats change on different days. Price is not that bad.

⚠️ Scam Warning – I Bought a Kitten Through a Facebook Seller Claiming to Be from Petland Kennesaw
I’m sharing my experience to warn others before they make the same mistake.
I purchased a kitten named “Ray” from someone selling through a Facebook account claiming to be connected with Petland Kennesaw. I paid around ₱88,000 for the kitten and shipping.
After payment, the seller and a supposed shipping company called XPD Logistics / ATL XPD kept demanding extra fees:
• ₱7,950 for “SPS scanning”
• ₱10,000 and ₱20,000 for “microchip issue / import clearance”
But I never received:
• Any flight number or airway bill
• Any shipping photo or video
• Any proof that the kitten was actually shipped
Later, they told me the kitten “failed quarantine and was returned,” but again showed no evidence at all.
They then sent me to a fake refund agency called Global Trust Refunds, asking for an additional ₱30,000 as an “account opening fee” via GCash, Apple Pay, or Zelle.
I contacted the Philippines Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) and they confirmed:
• There was no record of any kitten arriving under my name
• Their officers never ask for money via personal payment apps

Absolutely amazing experience at Petland. The employees were wonderful to work with while adopting our Siberian husky. They had stayed late to make sure that we were able to adopt her that night overall exceptional service!! definitely will be going back!!!

After my daughter and son-in- law came to Petland and found a beautiful forever fur baby, my other children and I came here to look and play with the puppies and we met and took home a beautiful male Keeshond, he is an amazing, fun, loving and wonderful addition to our family, we are so happy, the employees were so very helpful and kind too! They diligently clean and genuinely care for these animals! Thank you to everyone at Petland in Kennesaw! ( First photo is my daughter and son- in - laws puppy that inspired our trip to Petland, the second photo is the puppy my other children and I brought home and into our family.)

I just adopted through Petland Kennesaw I called them a day after I adopted because I had questions concerns ask for store manager love two messages a no return call I am less then happy at this point they say they care about their pets but I would disagree don't purchase from them can't say I didn't warn you

Had a make-a-wish arrangement with PetLand because I beat luekemia. Got a dog and whatever food/supplements is needed from PetLand for free for the past 7 1/2 years. All of sudden the new owner has backtracked on this arrangement saying that the deal was with the old owners and he will not do anything to continue the deal. Also was passive aggressive. Says that he’s been there 4 years and I “got lucky” and because of economy he can’t continue. So he’s stated that he is backtracking an arrangement made for a kid who had cancer because he cannot properly run a company. Which is clear to me considering that >$1000/a year is translated to $0/a year costs thanks to the Make-A-Wish foundation. Get the policy fixed.

I went into this establishment today, some of the dogs have a blanket and others don’t have one. The dogs kinda looked itchy and as if they all had fleas. I also felt bad for them because they all just kinda sat in their cages and got stared at like they’re zoo animals. Maybe there would be a nicer way to sell puppies? Also the pups on sale were $3000… I get it’s a business but this doesn’t seem humane at all.

I love puppies and I'm not alone. So you get to spend quality time with the puppy of your choice. If available, they will let you know. They have cubby hole rooms available. And you get to see how you the puppy get alone. So you can decide if you will adopt your new best friend.
