I took it in for a tire change and they broke my brakes while still swearing up and down they didn't do it and refused to make anything right. For all I know they sabotaged it so they can get more money out of me. If you don't pay for the extra "problems" they find, then they'll just create some so you have to come back anyways!

I had a great experience this week with this location and Skip was awesome and so helpful! I took my car in for an oil change and ended up having to get other work done as well, but they explained what needed to be done, and let me know what the priorities were and what could wait for fixing. Skip was accommodating to my schedule through my work day and they had my car done by the time I was off work which was also helpful. I definitely recommend this pep boys location and even though I live in Marietta, I will drive to this one to get good service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had what looked to me like an oil leak so I dropped my car off on a Wednesday night for them to look at it on Thursday. They called me Thursday and said it was a transmission fluid leak due to my transmission pan being warped, not an oil leak. They also told me that my anti-freeze was just water. I questioned my anti-freeze being water because I moved from the northeast where it gets below zero in the winter. I said if there wasn't anti-freeze in there it would have frozen. They said they would cut that price. This is when I should have left and got my car in somewhere else. So they say that they can't get the part until Friday and then on Friday when I check in on my car they now can't get the part until Saturday. So finally I get my car back 3 days later. I don't use my car on Sunday, but on Monday I come home on my lunchbreak and my car smells again, I look under it and it is leaking. I call them up and they tell me to bring it in. Now they tell me I am leaking oil because my housing unit around my oild filter needs to be replaced. So in my mind there was nothing wrong with my transmission fluid pan and it was just an oil leak all along. They tried to tell me that the technician found both leaks during the first visit, but the transmission was worse so that is the one they fixed. Now if a garage found 2 problems with your car, why wouldn't they tell you about both. The whole situation was unsettling and if I didn't really need my car back I would have tried to get it in somewhere else. This repair took them 2 days to fix. So in a week's time they had my car 5 of those days. I had gone to this same Pep Boys numerous times in the previous year with no issues. I will never go back after this experience.

Amazing great service. Truly don’t find good service anywhere these days but Kelsey, Skip, Jeff and the rest of the crew have been amazing. They are honest, straightforward, respectful and get the job done.They have helped me on multiple occasions with my car and solved my problems.Honestly not even sure why this place doesn’t have a 5 Star rating.Would definitely recommend

You guys should just change it to appt only. My first trip as a walk in for a tire was about 3 hrs. This time, only 3 weeks later, my tire goes flat (same tire) and pep boys can't squeeze me in to fix a simple tire patch or change after using your services not so long ago. You guys close at 7p and start at 7a but the technician doesn't reach until 9a so can't even bring it in 1st thing in the morning and can't drop it around 2, unless I leave the car until the next day. Really? All of this for a tire. Again, no consideration for the fact I just bought the tire 3 weeks prior. What kinda service is this? The service rep was kind but you all need to reasses how you operate. Again, just change it to appts only. Much more simpler!

I have had a few vehicles serviced at this location. I have had minimum issues until today. I dropped my vehicle off for a new set of tires and alignment at 9:30am. At 3pm I called to check the status and was told it would be another 20 minutes. At 3:50pm when I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was still not done. I was then told it would be another 25 minutes. This is after I was told they made a mistake and quoted me for the wrong size tires and I would now have to pay an additional $40. I was also quoted $90 for an Oil Change for a 2018 Nissan Altima. In what world is an oil change for an Altima $90? Town Center Nissan doesn’t even charge that much. The manager on duty 09/29/23 tried to scam me and lied to me several times about the time my vehicle would be ready. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle they started balancing my tires. They made me extremely late for work. Do not trust them, I would recommend you choose a different location for service.

The service was excellent. I had a lot of work done on my car and they even took time to assist me with a problem I had on another car that they didn't charge me. As long as I keep getting great service like that, I will always take my cars here for service.
