Excellent service, excellent place, excellent people, super attentive, fast and with great affection, they took care of my 4-month-old puppy, gave her her vaccinations and treated her like a princess. We are very grateful!

I moved out of state and hadn't found a new vet clinic when my cat's prescription ran out. i went to covetrus to refill it, but the pills never arrived. I finally took my cat to the local vet and got a new prescription. I went back to covetrus to find out why they hadn't arrived. The order had been declined by North Cobb.... but they ever contacted me to tell it had been declined, or why. I had to call them. So I waited and wait and waited for the pills to arrive, not knowing why they hadn't shown up. All North Cobb had to so was call me, text me, or send me a D email. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

My girl needed an open wound cleaned up and they were able to get her some staples in her arm without having to sedate her. They did have to hold her down, but I'm very thankful for their help and efforts! I will be coming back with any future issues and maybe even for regular vet visits.

This place is awesome! My dog was injured an my best was too booked up to take him in. I was referred to this place by a colleague of mine and they did not disappoint. They took him in right away. The doctor answered all of my questions and took necessary action to help him. The price was also reasonable which I appreciated. Will definitely be using them again

I took my cat here for the first time today because she was vomiting and has been super lethargic. I was brought into an exam room by one of the vet techs, Nicole. I let her know it was my first time here, and I explained why I brought my cat in. I also mentioned how she may have bitten into a grape a few days ago. After they took my cat to the back, I hear the tech and what I assume to be the vet (Dr. Hembree) talk about my *indoor* cat not being up to date on her rabies vaccine - essentially stated it’s 2024, why is she not up to date on her rabies vaccine? Then, they start talking about grapes and one asked if the other wanted a grape. I thought these comments were rude and unprofessional of the staff. I was obviously worried about my cat and wanted to make sure she was okay, and those comments were the last thing I expected / wanted to hear. I won’t be bringing my cat back.

I’ve been taking my cats here for years. Great people all across the board, always. Years ago my cat, Pandora, had to be put to sleep due to cancer. The whole team was extremely kind and professional. Just recently our cat, Jasper, was very ill and we were going to put him to sleep. However he passed naturally in his sleep in our bed at home with his cat dad and brother. My husband took him into NCAH to be cremated, once again the staff was unbelievably kind and loving. I picked him yesterday, I was met with the same kindness and care as we’ve always received. I will always bring my fur babies to NCAH.

Lexi has been a patient here 6 years! I am so thankful for dr navara and staff she made Lexi have a better life! By putting her on the proper diet and meds! Also I want to thank the doc I saw today 11/3/22 our last name is friend if y’all can pull it up! She was so kind but I want to say thank you to the young man that called us to the back and helped with Lexi I guess it’s an assistant I can’t remember his name! Lexi always shakes when at the vet just like a child scared of the doc lol but she was so calm with that young man and he was so kind!! Thank you all for all of your hard work and dedication to animals’ I see people complain that they are a little more expensive than other vets but I think it’s worth it! Lexi is my kid and I will do anything to ensure she gets the best medical care! So again thank you all!

Dr. Murphy and staff are wonderful!!! I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Love that he explained everything a d didnt charge for unnecessary things. I am very pleased with the service we received. I would reccomend this vet to everyone!!!
