I have been a customer for New Fashion Cleaners for over five years.
Recently, I submitted three clean shirts for pressing. Upon collection, I noticed a brownish stain resembling an ironing burn on one shirt. When I politely raised this issue, the wife who was at the front claimed the stain was present at drop-off. I respectfully disagree with this assertion for the following reasons:
1. The shirts were inspected upon drop-off with no issues noted.
2. If overlooked initially, the stain should have been noticed before pressing.
3. Had it been discovered; I should have been contacted to discuss options.
I told her to call her husband whom I had a respect to. He came from the back and instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the became confrontational and accused me of dishonesty. This interaction has eroded my trust in their service.
I can no longer recommend this establishment and will not be returning. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking quality dry-cleaning services.
In retrospect, I regret dismissing previous negative reviews until it happened to me. DON’T BE LIKE ME AND WAIT TILL IT HAPPENED TO YOU.

I had a difficult time finding this place. In fact, google Maps had us turn into an industrial area, but we found it was just beyond the light on Jiles.
Now for the quality. The cleaner did an outstanding job and was able to pull out a stain that my son had not been able to. Price was reasonable. They were able to rush the request for we had a wedding to attend. I would recommend New Fashion Cleaner.

This is the best cleaners!! I travel 25 plus minutes to come to them because they are the only cleaners I have found in my 16 years of living in Georgia to actually get my clothes clean.I had a white lace jumpsuit that had burgundy cake icing on the bottom pant legs. The owner said that she couldn’t guarantee that she could get it out. This was 2 plus years ago. She got it out and my white jumpsuit was super clean. (I’ve had a cleaners turn a white lace dress yellow before).I was sold once I got my jumpsuit back, and I go to them for not only cleaning, but alterations and shoe repair.

We had a dress altered for a wedding. When my daughter tried it on the dress was hemmed very unevenly. $65 later and no time to reorder a new dress(Wedding is Saturday). Please don't use if you want quality work.Service: Alterations

Been using them for 8 years. Always aim to impress w/ great work. Amazing people, hear soo many stories of their honesty. When I was there last time, Sam found $500 in a customers pocket and gave it to him. The gentleman was shocked that honest people still exist!!

Needed some work clothes in 1 hr. They were hesitant at first but I begged them for their help. Exactly 50 mins later. To my surprise my clothes were perfect!!!!! I will always refer New Fashion Cleaners for their help.

Took my boyfriend’s button up to get steamed and ironed. It was last minute and we needed it within the hour. They were hesitant at first because they weren’t sure they could get it done, but they did! The shirt looks great and it was done in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

Truly enjoyed doing business here over the last two years. The staff is always very friendly and the service exceeds expectations. Recently moved so I'm not going to be able to do business here anymore. I hope the next cleaners I work with is as good as New Fashion Cleaners! Thank you, Daniel
