ATMS are few and far between and seldom let you make deposits. They're terrible at catching fraud. I've had the inconvenience of canceling/replacing my debit card 3 times in less than 7 months.

They are a little short-staffed as of late, lines out the door, but the employees that are present, are really doing their best,, the problems with this branch are the senior management that were not present again. The last 2 times I was at this branch, both times only 1 teller and 1 person helping with bank issues, and 1 at the Welcome desk,, that's horrible. Lines are to the parking lot. Again, the ppl that are there are doing an Amazing job! Especially the gentleman that helped me today (forgot to write down his name). They are keeping this MIS-MANAGED branch operating.

ATM is never functioning. I live 40 minutes from this branch and I am never able to use the ATM because they can't fix it.

Wanna know why navy federal is comprised and more crowded that a non member only bank like BOA, Chase ETC come to this one.

Normally don't have many problems with Navy Federal, in particular the online service, but this location absolutely failed to take care of their members today. When you claim that members come first, then you need to back it up, and when I'm there is an issue on their side that can be resolved, have a manager come and speak in regards to making things right, not just continuously send the service member back and forth with answers, and no resolutions. I will be taking my complaints to the online service to get answers.

The workers are there to get a check they don’t actually care about the customers needs and it’s sad since that’s their JOB!!!

They have gotten better at their customer service, but my question is why is it such a big employee turnover there ? You hardly ever see the same people after a couple of months.

I was expecting a long wait because of the other reviews but there was no wait and the staff were respectful! I came around 1pm on a Friday and was in and out in about 5 minutes.

Great place if you want to wait outside for 45 min with 50 people in line. But that's perfectly normal for any bank, right?

2 min after close and won't let me in while there is ten people min there to deduct the right amount of money for a emergency? Trash bank with trash workers.

The people seem nice enough but I don't understand why they're so slow. Every time I come here people are standing outside 7 to 15 deep. Then when you get inside you have to wait another 20 minutes. I understand Covid but if you're trying to do stuff like that you can have people wait in their car and then text them to come in but it just doesn't make sense that they're so slow. I was excited to be a part of navy federal but I'm switching because the lines are just too long there. I'm just not impressed

This branch is wack. Always understaffed so it's at least a 20 min wait both outside and then inside, and the employees are much more worried about people standing on the stupid floor placemats than actually helping you do what you came there to do in the first place. Limited areas available to do specific tasks meaning only one person in the entire bank can do something aka longer wait times.

Not sure why they even have a location 2 tellers and 20 people standing outside in the heat, rain, or cold they really don't care.
