I took my son's 2002 Nissan to determine the root cause of the car not consistently starting. The Lanier Auto Team were professional, knowledgeable, and the customer was OUTSTANDING. Unfortunately, the car was old and required more work than I wanted to put into it. The Lanier Auto Manager gave me suggestions on selling the car and suggested I have my son's next car evaluated before purchasing. I felt comfortable and secure that my son's car was being effectively reviewed and I did not get the "gut feeling" of being duped by an automotive company. Job Well Done. You have a new customer...

My first visit there. Met appt time for oil change. Nice lobby area, very clean and comfortable. Priced reasonably with coupon. They do an additional inspection for other possible automotive issues which they go over at the time of payment. Very nice staff.
