I had a terrible experience at this dry cleaner. I brought in a baby blanket, and when I got it back, it had hairs all over it—it was clearly not cleaned properly. I also took a winter coat, which was returned in the same dirty condition, with hairs and dirt still all over it. When I pointed this out, the lady at the front was incredibly rude and insisted the items had been washed, even though it was obvious they had not been touched. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

We love MIKs! My kids are always excited to pick up our dry cleaning to interact with the owners. They always remember our names, and I can always expect top-notch service.

These folks have ruined multiple articles of clothing of mine (including nice suit pants that now render a tailored suit useless) so BE WARNED! They also will give you a hard time for paying with a credit card. Apparently the owner has a problem paying the 1.45% credit card fees.Only get your clothes cleaned here if you don't mind throwing them away after you pay to have them cleaned.

The owner reached out to me and took responsibility for the loss of our coat. She has offered to give us what it is worth plus something for the sentimental value. I will be using this cleaners again since they were willing to make it 'right' and I'm pretty sure this was a fairly isolated case since my piece was leather and had to be sent to another company. Hopefully the company they sent it to will end up finding it. I appreciate the owner being willing to work with me and make reparations for an unfortunate situation.

I had my veil steamed here and I'm so glad I chose this place. Other places quoted me $50 and it was only $10 here. Much more reasonable and the lady up front was nice. The veil turned out beautifully!

I needed my daughter dressed hemmed for prom. Asked several times home much it was gonna be, they never gave me a price. When I went back they charged me entirely too much money for something I could’ve done myself but didn’t want to. Lesson learned!!Service: Alterations
