Service is the worst. If you're gonna have children run your store you need to hire them a babysitter. Some kids never got a spankin and it shows.

I've been a long-time customer at this location and never had any complaints, Until last night, at about 7:30, I stopped by to see if they could help me with my phone. I just got through with a 12-hour shift and had to be to work on Christmas Eve at 7am. Therefore, it was urgent. The guy behind the counter looks at my phone and plugs it in to charge. I'm trying to explain to him the settings I changed. He looks at me and says the screen is damaged and you need a new phone. I asked if I qualified for an upgrade, and his response was that I couldn't tell you that since your phone can't receive a code. He was giving me prices very high, and I just requested my phone back and left. Went home and YouTube it, and 15 minutes later, my phone is fine. There should be away to look up a customers account by cell phone number. He obviously just wanted to sell a phone, sorry, no doubt I will go to this store again.

Fruitcake up front was upset I didn't buy his overpriced phone so he changed my phoneplan from 25 a month for unlimited to 30 a month for 5 gb. Petty mfer. I'll be in to see you soon bud.

I can not say enough good things about an employee by the name Nathan. I had a problem with my phone's password. I called customer service and they were not able to help me, they suggested that go into one of the stores to get help. I went into the store and this young gentleman was very knowledgeable. He called customer service and he was able to help me change my password. Nathan's customer service was impeccable.

Derhonte and Jorge were very friendly and helpful. I came to the store to help a friend get a phone and the service was top notch!! Seems like a pretty stressful job for some of the staff. A customer came in being pretty rude to them. But they kept their cool and were friendly. We'll be back. :)

They lie at this store. I drove down here because I thought this was a corporate store. They initially said 760 for iPhone 13, then they rang it up around 800. Then they lied and said I needed a special PowerLab charger for 25 dollars… I got a refund. Then they were going to sell me a case for 25 and I walked to look at them and they said it would be 30. Never going back. Liars.

The cre was awesome. Juan, Jorje, and Derhonte were awesome in assisting me with an issue requiring setting up internet service at my house. Friendly staff and down to earth!

The experience was ok for sister, who was purchasing a new phone. Wish they had more colors in stock. More importantly the employees should have told us more specifically the month term and how much exactly she would be paying. Also they do try to push their accessories when you’re purchasing from them. Otherwise, our sales guy was amazing.

I was told in order to receive the upgrade price posted I had to purchase a case and a screen protector as part of their promotion or I would have to pay retail price. This is incorrect and I have filed a complaint with corporate. I should have looked at the reviews. This store is certainly not like it used to be.

The experience at this location was not the best whatsoever. 4/20/2023. Ive gotten a phone from here plenty of times without much hassle but this time it seemed like it was the worst experience. Was shopping around for a phone and decided to go ahead and purchase the samsung S21 FE, Due to the associate at the store stated that I would have a bigger discount with getting an android phone compared to getting an iphone. I asked what the asking price would be for the samsung phone and he stated that it would be around three hundred dollars. Retail price was about five hundred dollars, almost six hundred dollars. What the associate failed to tell me was that I'll be getting that discount in if I were adding a new line. So when I get to the register; He stated that he wasn't able to give me the discount because it was a system issue. I was fine with still buying the cell phone yet The cell phone came up Seven hundred dollars. Then they proceeded to say that that I needed a case and of course I know that I really didn't need to get one at that moment but was. Pressured to get a case due to the associate stated that it was hard to find cases For this cell phone. price jumped to $717.00. The associate was not pleasant to really speak with. I understand that it was getting close to closing hours and that everybody usually that works customer service; does wanna go home, but you still should be able to keep a pleasant smile and demeanor. I was disappointed in how this location treated me and my phone was still not fully up and running.I went to a different metro PCs store on jiles road, and yes I was at the store close to closing hours not quite around 5:30pm. The associate there help me significantly, The associate there was really pleasant to speak with and patient.
