“Jonathan, did an incredible job working with us to find a great mattress and adjustable base without breaking our budget. He was personable, knowledgeable and respectful. We went to the store trying to get an idea of what we were looking for. He took us on a tour of the different types of mattress technologies. We had no idea what we wanted and never felt pressured towards moving faster or purchasing a mattress we weren’t confident with. He worked hard to find us the best deal possible. He ultimately was able to find us a high quality mattress that we liked at a great price. I was incredibly grateful for the time he took to make an overwhelming process like purchasing a mattress simple for us and without any added sales pressure. He found us an incredible deal and I would recommend his services to anyone. The other mattress firm associate present at the time also gave valuable feedback when we were making our final decision. Delivery crew on time, took back old mattresses and business like in their approach with the task given them. Crew just not very friendly so that’s the reason for 4 instead of 5. “Did not buy anything so cannot speak for delivery. Prospective buyer speaking on initial browsing process. E X P E R I E N C E I'm in the market for a new mattress. I walked in and Buddy immediately greeted me. I told him my interest: what size and how firm the mattresses needed. Buddy showed me three mattresses from 500ish to 1k to 4k. He patiently gave me time to consider and ask questions anywhere from memory foam, spring, box, to warranty to where the mattresses are manufactured. He's very knowledgeable. Great customer service. I asked him for some time to consider and id be in contact. He offered and did end up writing a combo of what I was interested, price and name, for convenience. I did not buy anything yet and also did not feel pressured to, at any time. TIP: Delivery is included in the price!”

“I had a fantastic experience here working with Justin Gordon and the team. I had called 6 different stores in the Atlanta area looking for a specific outdoor couch and everyone told me no, we don't have that in stock. Justin spent about an hour with me and located the exact couch i was looking for at the warehouse, sent me the quote with the protection and I was able to purchase the couch online and it was delivered two days later.
Anyone can sell you a couch -- but Justin took the time to dig and dig and found exactly what I was looking for. He even gave me his sell for easy communication. 10/10 experience and I will for sure be a repeat customer!
