Every sales person should go here to learn the art of customer service and helping customers determine their needs. This was an all around superior experience. Matt and Gabriel are clearly experts in their field and they take their time to learn what you need and guide you to that item.We first met Matt at the Atlanta home show and kept his card just in case we wanted to upgrade. Well wouldn't you know that day was today. The store was equipped with a wide selection at various price points. We took our time walking around and trying out different ones. Matt and Gabriel gave us helpful information at each turn.After about an hour, we made our selection. We didn't feel rushed. We felt informed, confident and valued. This was seriously one of the best sales experiences I've ever had. I will recommend this to anyone who may be considering a mattress. They're fantastic!

My adjustable base from another co, that I got in 2017 died. The foot of the bed stopped working. Gabriel at this store really helped me a lot in choosing and getting another base.He helped me choose the Rio 4.0 and I absolutely love it. The Light under the bed is a huge help at night and the Zero G function helps my back a lot. (I can't comment on the dual massage as I do not want to bother the apartment below me.) This is a great bed. I use a basic Select Comfort air mattress. The bed and the mattress work great together.This store also had some fantastic mattresses that I would have invested in, in a heartbeat, if I hadn't had one already. I'll keep them in mind if I ever need to get a new mattress.

I’ve never been to a mattress store where they are not salesy and pushy. Mattress Lux is the exception and Matt and Gabriel gave me an incredible tailored experience based on my needs. They actively care about every person that walks through their door and they help you find the perfect mattress. If you’re actively looking for a new mattress then I highly recommend you visit their store. I guarantee you they will give you the best experience out of any other store you’ll ever walk through. Highly recommended 5/5 stars.

My wife and I purchased from Mattress Lux at a home show in Cobb County, GA. The Sales team took their time, had us lay on several different mattresses until we found the one that supported how we sleep at night. It was a very good learning experience. After the sales consultation I felt confident I was getting the right mattress.

Mattress Lux is a phenomenal store! It’s refreshing when you go to a business where people are experts in their field, and Matt and Gabe are certainly that. They have a wide array of different mattresses to try, and they teach you how to find the perfect one for you, even if it’s not from their store! If you’re looking for a quality mattress and a pleasant experience, I couldn’t recommend shopping here more.

We had an amazing experience shopping for a mattress. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and I feel that we learned what we needed to improve our sleep, and then found a mattress that was perfect for those needs. I would 100% recommend them if you’re shopping for a mattress, or even just spending the time with them to learn those nuances to help make a better mattress decision.

Great service! The owner is extremely knowledgeable. The advice my parents gave me to sleep on the firmest mattress possible was incorrect and he informed me on how it should actually feel based on my sleep type. He took me through a variety of mattress options and we found one within my budget.

Genuinely good guys who work here. They care more about finding the right sleep system for you than they do about upselling you something you either don’t need or isn’t right for you. It was about a two month process for us to find the right bed and it included a swap after we had a 100 day test with our first mattresss. We knew around day 40 that it just wasn’t working and the guys at Lux were very helpful and there was no issue exchanging it and we finally ended with the Helix Midniight and we’re pretty happy with it. It does take a bit of time for Helix to ship the mattress if that’s the bed you go with and if it’s not in stock at the store. Apart from that, great experience. Definitely recommend Lux over the big chain high pressure retailers.

Absolutely loved the experience here, Matt took the time to get to know our sleeping habits and what needs improvement, was shown about 3 different mattress and their different options as far as firmness, and even shown what pillows were best for how my wife and I slept. If you are interested in purchasing a mattress I would highly recommend mattress lux, it's definitely a no pressure experience and both Matt and Gabriel will not only make you feel like a family member they also will take time to understand your needs

Wow…talk about going the extra mile!I asked a question on their chat line and Matt immediately responded. I told him that I would be driving from OK, and we’d be in the store the next day. When we arrived he was locking up, but he opened up just for us to look at beds.He was so kind and patient and informative. We found the perfect bed, and he delivered it the following day!He also gave us a great deal!I enthusiastically recommend!!
