We worked with Garrett, who was so informative and patient with us as we took our time making a decision on a new bed (we ended up with a split king, which we had anticipated before entering the store because we have very different sleep needs). We loved that this location offers clearance items, so we got the mattresses we really wanted for a price we could afford. He was great in working within our budget, which we appreciated. The selection was wonderful at this location, and everything was clean and well maintained.

Great experience overall! Jonathan was a great help in deciding what me and my husband wanted in our mattress! He walked us through many different mattresses that I would’ve never known what to look for! Definitely recommend seeking him for help. I visited Mattress Firm on 8 Oct 2024 in much need of a new mattress. I was humbly greeted by Luis. Luis made my shopping for a new mattress a great experience. He was really professional, patient, and provided me with a lot of different mattress options. If you’re ever in need of a new mattress be sure to visit this Mattress Firm location next to the Applebees off of Barrett Pkwy. Although I’m sure all employees are great, but be sure to ask for Luis!!!

Great experience, Jonathan was very knowledgeable and polite. He made our purchase a pleasant one as he explained the different technologies and had us test each one of them. He was very nice and never rushed us while we were trying to make a decision on which mattress to purchase even tough we got to the store near closing time.

First time fancy mattress owners here. Jonathan really helped us get a great deal on our new mattress and pillow/sheet set. Super knowledgeable and great salesperson who keeps it real and doesn’t pressure you into financing like some other companies do. They honestly have so much more to offer than the other mattress companies we went to while on our search. This will be a HUGE step up from our crappy Facebook marketplace mattress. Thanks!

WOW. The sleepy deluxe comfort cool pillow that I purchased from this location is phenomenal. Luis Gonzalez the sales associate went above and beyond to ensure that my purchase was justifiable and did so with a smile on his face.
