I took a tour with leasing agent Matthew Roachford and he provided me with excellent service. He did a fantastic job showing me the amenities and providing insight on the overall culture in the complex. I will definitely be renting with this complex due to his excellent service.
The campus itself is every bit of exquisite. From the cabanas by the pool to the fitness center that rival most local gyms to the sports bar within the complex. This location is prime luxury and should be on everyone’s list of places to look at when apartment hunting.

Had the pleasure of taking a tour with the leasing manager Chris. Beautiful property with amazing floor plans. A hidden gem with so many amenities and top tier design! Ended up taking a job in a different city or I would of definitely signed !

This community is the best in Kennesaw and maybe period. The lobby and amenities are the nicest I have seen. The staff actually cares about the community and its residents. In the off chance you have an issue, they actually address them. It is truly appreciated and surprising that they care enough about their residents to respond and actually change things.

Danny and his team are fantastic! Anytime I walk by the office, Chris is there and willing help with anything I need. The amenities are beautiful, and the internet speed is amazing.

I’ve been looking for a place to call home for the last four months, from the moment I toured this property I knew, I was impressed by the pristine grounds and welcoming atmosphere. Jaida was the best she really went above and beyond exceptionally professional, responsive, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring a smooth move-in process. 10/10 highly recommended.

I had a really great experience touring these beautiful luxury apartments!!! Nadaya did such a fantastic job in answering all my questions about the property. I was glad that all the questions I had was answered. The lobby is so beautiful and the amenities are EVERYTHING! If you are considering moving into these apartments I think you should definitely go for it!!! & Ask for Nadaya while your at it!

I’m moving soon and apartment hunting is so stressful! However the leasing consultant, Chris, really made my experience fun and easy!! He gave me a great tour, showed me a few promising units, and provided exceptional customer service. The Manor not only feels luxurious, it feels like home.
