Great place! Stays clean and is well lit, all function work in the bays unlike others. The soaps they use smell great and actually clean. Overall very safe and family friendly place to keep my ride looking great.

I recently visited Maddie Mae’s Car Wash in Kennesaw, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of cleanliness was unmatched, leaving my car spotless inside and out. The staff provided outstanding customer service—friendly, efficient, and attentive to every detail. This was by far the best car wash experience I've ever had, and I highly recommend Maddie Mae’s to all my family and friends. If you're in the area, this is the place to go for a top-notch car wash!

BLASTED PAINT OFF MY Porsche 911
Used the touchless wash on my classic Porsche and will need to repaint my front bumper. Contacted them and was told that because I did not stay on premises they would not cover the damage.
It is a drive thru car wash, why would I get out. Reported damage within an hour or so.
The property manager, George was very courteous and showed me the video footage captured. I've included what they're saying is proof that there was already damage on my car. When I asked for another camera angle I told many of their cameras are inoperable. He even took me into the shop and showed me the camera footage from all the inactive cameras. Out of 20 or so cameras it appeared five worked and they're all from far away.
So disappointed, been going her for years.
Never again
Update: I shared this with the property manager and I was told I would be sited for trespassing if I used the car wash in the future. Real stand-up guys

BEST Self Service Wash in a 30 mile radius. I’m new to the city. Many of these self serves are disgustingly neglected and not maintained. Took a while to find this gem. This place is perfect. Very clean. Good surroundings. Great area. Quality Facilities. Quiet.

Always clean, never had any issues, love the provided pre-scrubbing brushes. I have been to several other touchless establishments, and have never had satisfactory results at any of them. We live 30 min away, and will never go anywhere else. It's worth the drive. Spoke with the owner and he is real friendly and polite. If I was allowed to give more stars, I would. Thank you Maddie Mae!

We have had the cars detailed and waxed there for two years in a row now.
The job was impeccable. My Phone call was answered right away and the appointment made right away as well. They Have everything there if you want to do it yourself. It has a brushless car wash that my husband used. We are well pleased. Sandie
