Shayla was a great help with my purchase. She went over and beyond to help me also to get my order too me in a timely manner. Even when i made a mistake on the order she had the additional items ready for outside the front door. That is service. 5 Star++

Update: After getting in contact with Lowe's corporate office, I finally received the rebate from my purchase. I did share my feedback of their "vendor" that manages the rebate process, but will not let the promise of a rebate make my purchase decision in the future.
