If you buy from LL Flooring you should make sure NOT to use them to contract the installation. When they came out to our house they removed all of our flooring and carpet BEFORE telling us they needed almost a thousand dollars more to smooth some areas out and also that they couldn't make it even so they would have to leave a hideous gap between our kitchen and living room. The guy who came out even tried to get ME to go buy him supplies from Lowe's because he was busy! It's been less than a year and now there are dips everywhere, pieces are breaking and coming up, and whenever the temperature changes certain areas will pop up and down when you walk over them. The flooring itself looks nice and we haven't had any issues with the product yet. I'm sure they contract to the lowest bidder so they can't be blamed for such poor work but I definitely won't be doing business with a company that contracts out such poor labor ever again.

upon pick up, I had to reject about half of the bundles that were brought out to me however, the employee happily returned those and brought more out which were accepted. Some of the pieces especially the longer ones were so bowed so as to render them useless. The wood itself will be beautiful so overall I am happy with the purchase and the professionalism of the staff.

There was a significant delay between ordering and arrival of the order, but it was within the estimated time provided by sales associate. Ordering was an easy process and the associate was knowledgeable about the different flooring materials available.

If I was able to give 0 I would. I bought products from them that did not work for my house. I was told that I could return them and I would get a complete refund I didn't I get a complete refund. And when I called them I don't get no response. I've also called the credit card company synchrony bank with no response.

These guys were awesome to work with. The local store didn't have what we wanted and they went the extra mile to get it delivered from their Conyers store. Since I was still in the delivery radius, it saved me big time. Great service.
