Laugh and Learn has been such an amazing experience for me and my little family. The staff is so personable. Ms. Hope and Ms. Liza are exceptional teachers. My son has developed so much in such little time. We are extremely grateful to Mrs. Lisa and everyone at Laugh and Learn!

I wouldn’t trust this daycare with my child. Once I seen one of the directors hit one of the students, I was completely done because she wasn’t even fired, she was just suspended for a few days and was able to return. It’s sad honestly because there are too many horror stories with daycares mistreating our babies nowadays. And if a daycare refuses to show you a video of an incident.. it’s quite suspicious actually. So after that, I found another daycare because I should feel and KNOW my child is SAFE. And I didn’t get that here so save yourself the trouble and worry. I’m glad I found another place.

We are so thankful for Laugh and Learn and the amazing GAPre-K teachers, Mrs. Jane and Mr. Isaac. They go above and beyond to make children feel safe & seen in their classroom. They have a calming presence and truly love the children. My son comes home raving on a regular basis. This is our first experience at any daycare/school and we have been very happy with their communication and how far our son has come. Mrs. Jane takes the time to brief me on the day and what we can work on at home. I sure hope Laugh and Learn treat Mrs. Jane and Mr. Isaac well because they should be the standard for all early learning educators! My son definitely feels special when he walks in and enjoys being around all staff in before/after school. Mrs. Lisa & her staff are always kind and know every child walking through the doors. L&L offer great enrichment classes, and my son enjoys STEM with Ms. Leslie! Thank you L&L!!

This Daycare use to be a great place, but now that it's under new management it is awful. A incident happened 10/20/2023 with my Granddaughter, in which they wrote a report stating she was running fell, and hit her forehead on a book shelf. My daughter picked her up took her to ER, in which the Dr. had to put medical glue on the gash. I asked to see the camera's, the Director said there not working , I do recall when the other owner had this Daycare they worked just fine. Oh you best believe the State will be investigating this matter.

Laugh and Learn has been my children’s school/ daycare for almost 4 years now , there’s so many things to love about this center, number 1 THE STAFF Mrs .Sonia, Mrs . Cheryl and Mrs . Lisa and more have always been super caring , loving and one on one with my family , they treat my children as I would and that’s something every parent looks for in a school for their kids , their hours of operation really help parents get the full Potential needed , each class room and teacher helps each student grow , Thrive and learn for the next step of education , I would recommend this daycare to friends , family and anyone looking for an amazing , happy , friendly experience for their kids and family!!!!

This place is terrible. I would not take my child there. I had multiple complaints. I would pick him up at the end of the day in a wet diaper, and he would be hungry tired and cranky. He went 12 hours without anything at all to drink, and on the last day there 5 hours without anything to drink, and that was only because I had to pick him up early. The director and staff are incompetent.

I would not take my child there. My one-year-old was not given anything at all to drink for a total of 12 hours. In addition to that he was always wet when I picked him up and wanted a bottle immediately upon walking into the door when arriving home. Another day, his final day there he went 5 hours without anything to drink and that's only because I picked him up early, who knows how long it would have been. The director there is terrible as well. Don't waste your time, or money! There is better care out there.

If I could give zero I would! Currently in the middle of suing this school! Had an incident with a teacher screaming at another one year old awhile back and voiced my concerns. They told me it would be addressed and handled. Fast forward to yesterday 8/15 I walk in at 4:30 to get my 3 kids. As I'm walking in I hear a teacher scream no so loud her voice cracked followed by my son hysterically start to cry. By the time I hit the window all I caught was my son falling to the floor with her arm extended outward. I go in and proceed to ask my son what happened and she doesn't even let me finish my sentence before she starts yelling "he just hit this kid!" So I looked at her and said hold on and proceeded to ask my son what happened. He then showed me his arm which was clearly freshly red and I looked at her and asked what happened to his arm and her response was "i don't know I didn't do it!" So then I asked my kid who did that to his arm, which he then proceeds to point at the teacher and say "her". I went to the office and reported what happened and that I wanted to watch the cameras on what happened. When I left they totally understood my concern and were going to investigate. I get a call from the regional director that night and tell her what happened and state again I wanna see the cameras to see what happened. She then stated the cameras were out of date and really fuzzy. I told her I didn't care and I still wanted to see. Once again, not a problem. I go to drop off my kids this morning 8/16 and as I leave ask to see the video. Lisa the director then states that Jennifer the regional director was on the way to investigate and that would follow up this afternoon. So then I said okay we'll that gives you plenty of time to have the video ready for me to review, she then tells me that would be up to Jennifer to decide. So with the possibility of a staff member hurting my child I said "I'm gonna see the video, or I'll bring my lawyer to see the video; either way I'm gonna see what happened". 20 MINUTES LATER they call to tell me I have to pickup all of my kids because I've made an "open threat" with my lawyer to see their cameras. I called the police and made a report to which then they told the officer their cameras do not record and do not work, therefore there is no video. Not to mention I've had them pull video footage prior to Lisa working there. Do not send your kids here. They are crooked, they cover for staff harming your kids, and they refuse to show any video after advertising that parents can watch anytime. Pictures of my sons arm where he was pinched by the staff member. CPS, DFACS, the Better Business Bureau, Quality Review, and Bright From The Start have all been notified. I will be pressing charges and pushing for this school to be shut down. The underage workers, the fact the office staff doesn't relay when a child has medical needs to their teachers and what to do in case of an emergency is so unprofessional. The first picture is what it states on their website about their cameras, second is his arm the day it happened (prolly 5 mins after), third is 3 hours after, and last is the next day. Pinched so hard it left a bruise. THIS IS NOT A SAFE SPACE FOR YOUR CHILDREN!!!!!!

This place is so unorganized the director doesn’t answer her phone and not to mention I haven’t been paid since I left which was 4 weeks ago. I have been continuously ignored by and told “I’ll call you back” about being paid but I’ve never been called back and I still haven’t been paid, not to mention how I saw other workers were being treated like numbers. If you’re thinking of working here please seriously reconsider.
