We bought from them twice because of the "lifetime" warranty which is essentially worthless. It doesn't cover the corded remote attached to the chair because it is considered "electrical" and not "mechanical" so we had to replace that at $300 for the part alone. Now a mechanical item has broken inside of the chair. Laz-y Boy's warranty covers the part but not the labor which they said will cost $600!!! For just the labor!! To fix one part!! Never buying from Laz-y Boy again. I think the offer of a warranty is a bit deceptive. The devil is definitely in the details and the fine print.

I went to Lazy Boy with the purpose of getting a recliner. I was greeted and had assistance. It was a very simple easy transaction and it was on sale so I left with adding delivery on and still paid under $1,000! I’m happy. It will be delivered this Thursday.
