Amazing place and staff. Out whole family showed up to pick out fish for the grandchildren and they were closed but the staff still greeting us and helped us out! Made the kiddos day! Amazing service! Will be back for sure!

To be transparent, I own a pond company in tampa Florida. I just needed some advice on what seemed an impossible problem. I got 3 different answers that would solve it. I have done this 30 years, but I got ideas I hadn’t even thought of. The owner was very cool and easy to talk to. His knowledge is impressive. No wonder they get such high reviews.

Loved the store. Great staff. Very informative and helpful. Great inspiration for ideas on exactly what we wanted for our pond and had all the supplies we needed too. Would recommend to anyone. Can't wait to come back.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. I've bought about 10 fish over the last few years. They are very healthy and continue to grow and thrive in my pond. Definitely recommend this place for all your pond needs.

Since intial completion of my pond I have loss significant amounts of water. Never has the issue been fixed and now my calls go unreturned.

The girl who helped me yesterday was so nice and extremely knowledgeable! There was a good selection of everything you need. Definitely my go to place now! The store cat was a great bonus. So sweet and friendly.

Visited Kol Koi today after being referred by Site One Landscaping. Met the owner's daughter (it's a family run business) and a terrific employee that helped me find exactly what I needed. Wonderful fish ponds with beautiful, healthy fish (including a blue/silver color I've never seen before). Also fun to meet their cat "Koi" that roams around outside. If you need help with koi, pond plants and/or advice, visit this place. Wonderful customer service!

Went in there today for the first time for some plants for my mom’s pond and was blown away. The staff was very helpful and to say knowledgable is an understatement. If you are wanting to put in a pond or already have one, this is the place to go. When you love what you do it shows. The two woman that helped us today clearly love what they. We will be back.
