Gate never works no one will help and no one works at this location anymore. It is all virtual! I have tried 5 times and can’t get in.

This is a wonderful storage facility! We have been customers for over a year and just got our 3rd unit there to finish the move. The location is awesome and with a gate for secure access it is perfectly private! The employees are so nice and beyond helpful any time we’ve needed anything (especially Tiffany!) The rental process can be done completely online on your own or stoping by their office when you get there. And to sum it all up the prices are actually great compared to all others we have used! Also specials available lots of times for free months too. Thanks Kennesaw Self Storage!

Customer service is best you can find. A storage room is a storage room. But from setting up the account to getting confirmation to personal response from the offices they've been awesome. I had a problem with my gate code access the first time I came. I called the main number and the person that answered quickly helped me I and I was though in a flash! The unit was clean and ready for me when I arrived. Highly recommend based on my experience so far. A+ and 5 stars!

Scheduled pick up was at 9:30 but no one who works there even opened the gate even though posted open time was at 9. When finally let in magically there was a sign that said meeting in progress with the door locked but when looking in the window there is no meeting and it’s just some lady sitting at the desk staring at you. Only place we could have a box truck also as every place is sold out now. Terrible service
