Would not recommend. Apparently someone in the shop took a customer's car on a test drive earlier and decided to reverse down 41 back to the shop entrance where my wife struck the customer's vehicle and Kennesaw Police department claims it is my wife's fault for hitting the moron who decided to back the vehicle The wrong direction down 41 to get back to where he came from which was the shop where the customer's car was dropped off. They did not take blame for the fault of their employee but yet let the officer place the blame on my wife and 4-year-old daughter who did not notice the vehicle reversing the wrong direction down 41 when she only had to follow the law and give the right away to the oncoming vehicle heading north. Not vehicles heading south in the northbound Lanes in reverse. Apparently an oncoming vehicle in the wrong direction in reverse is somehow part of that law where it's excused and it is my wife's fault. Due to the lack of traffic laws in the state of Georgia by this company and due to the lack of concern of the officer in the city of Kennesaw, I will probably have to pay for this out of pocket because both people failed to understand and know the law. Pertaining to the employee at this shop and the officer of Kennesaw. You should admit you were in the wrong by back the motor vehicle the wrong direction

The first time I brought one of my vehicles here, I had an excellent experience. Repaied my Audi correctly and at a much better rate than the Audi dealership I had it diagnosed.
I took my suburban in for an engine noise in April. Turned out to be a lifter. Scott told me he and Sean were replace all eight lifters on the driver's side of the engine. 6 months later I'm back in the shop with a lifter tick. I asked when I dropped it off would it be covered under warranty because you just did this side 6 months ago. I was assured by Scott it would be. Give him a week, it'll be done by next Friday. A month has come and gone and they didn't touch my truck. They gave it to another shop on the same campus of shops and didn't inform me, AND asked that shop not to contact me. All the while, I'm paying for a rental car every week. Turns out they only replaced 2 lifers...an intake and exhaust... didn't replace the guides...AND CHARGER ME FOR ALL 8 Lifters and labor. A serious of lies and cover-ups later and they both admitting to me and the owner of the others shop what they did. I asked them to take care of the replace of the lifers on the driver's side sincerely now im having competent people do all 16 and they told me to sue them... they're not taking care of anything. I filed an incident report with the Acworth Police Department and the lady who answered the phone said they get tons of complaints about this shop. I don't talk bad about anyone and if this place fixed your vehicle correctly and you had a great experience, good. I had a great experience the first...and second time I took a vehicle there. However, dirt always comes into the light and when they're dirt was exposed, they chose not the path of good business practice and and no morality. When I had Scott and Sean on the phone together asking them to go next door and pay the portion of the repair job the shop was doing that they didn't perform AND CHARGED ME FOR, THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED BACK, THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER. I CALLED FROM MY OFFICE, SCOTT ANSWERED AND SIMPLY SAID TO GO AHH AND SUE THEM.
BE WARY OF THIS SHOP. THESE GUYS ARE SNAKES.

I entrusted this great team of guys with my Nissan Murano, I brought it in because my AC wasn’t working & there were some other things making my car not run great so I had them diagnose it. They put in a new AC compressor & vacuum tested it to make sure there were no leaks. My AC is freezing cold now! Thank goodness! While my car was in the shop I also went ahead had them do some routine maintenance to it. They are fair priced & are GREAT at communicating unlike other shops I’ve been to in the past. Would highly recommend trusting these guys with your car.Services: Brakes

If your African American dont come here. That friendly shit to get your money then treat you like a criminal exist here. So I travel for work and I left my Maserati with them to work on the rims and tires. I decided to go try a new shop other than my original one. Sean was friendly at first. Assuring me that my vehicle was in good hands. Even was able to make the price lower than the initial cost. Scott started off nice as well. After 3 weeks I been working and the work was done a week prior, I explain to them that I been working out of town and I can Zelle them payments so they will not think I'm trying to stiff them. Scott okays that. Week later Sean says they don't accept payments. I said "cool" send me my money back and I'll be intown next week! When next week arrived, I was at the Eurosport Kennesaw location at 8am to pick up the car. No one was there, and i waited. I ZELLED them $2162 total and left with my car using my spare keys. BTW my doors were unlocked, and my back passenger door was not closed. I went home.I get a call saying they only got 1500, come to find out zelle only approved 1500, and the remaining 662 would be available the next business day. So I called zelle to try to get it pushed through. Nope, they couldn't. I tried 2 times. And it's just their policy. I get a call from Sean saying " you need to bring that car back, you stole property from me" First of all, how did I steal what belongs to me? So he starts yelling about how my MASERATI belongs to him until I pay. I DID! SO SEAN PROCEEDS TO THREATEN ME WITH CALLING THE POLICE. So I told him to go ahead. I hopped in my other car and I proceeded there. When I get there, guess who is there? The police. Guess who was surprised I showed up?! Sean! Like I was supposed to be scared. So the police tells me Sean only told them I stole a maserati and didn't pay for serviced rendered, twisted the whole story. And the police said I can't steal what's mine and that I did pay him. That if he don't like ZELLES policy, then don't use them. Long story short, lol. Sean was left yelling at the cops looking dumb and they made him give me my keys. And if he didn't, I was going to file a REAL THEFT report of my key. Don't go here. I would never stiff or not pay for any services, especially from an independent business. One thing about me. I'm with the bullshit and I love being petty.

I took my Audi there for what would be a oil change and they quoted me the dealer price. HUH? I'll take it to the dealer thank you. From the moment I stepped into the office I sensed something was not right. I hightailed it out of there and would recommend this location to my enemies .
