Gotta give them props. I brought an old watch that a previous place said needed service from maker. After looking at the watch for z2 minutes they fixed the issue.

Awesome service, great guy behind the counter, I believe his name was Johnathan. He helped me pick out some straps for my new watches and was just a really great guy, very helpful and patient. Buy your watches here!!!

I have used this store several times over the past few years but today they proved to be less than honorable. I first took a Bulova watch into them to have a broken stem replaced in 2018 and was quoted $135 by the middle aged sales man. I told him I was not prepared to pay that for a repair right then but would buy a new watch since they were having a sale. I purchased a solar powered Seiko on sale for $200 and was told after about 4 yrs it did have a battery that would need replacement. I returned to the store in 2023 to have the $135 stem repaired on the Bulova and a senior gentleman sent it out and called me to tell me the repair was only $45. I took the Seiko I purchased from them in two weeks ago to have the battery replaced and was told by the young man it needed a capacitor that would cost me $45 that they had to send for. After two weeks I was told today by the middle aged man the Seiko he sold me needs a capacitor, which he claimed to be the same as a battery that they could not obtain and I would have to send the watch directly to Seiko myself. He said it would cost $135. He also said he didn’t know all of this when he sold me the watch and did not know they could not obtain the capicator. He felt he was doing me favor taking $3 off the price of a new battery he put in my moms watch today. They send watches out to be repaired if it needs more than a battery or pin. They misrepresented what they sold me, what they could fix and the price of repairs. I will just contact companies directly for repairs and avoid them as middle men. A battery and a pin you can get from anywhere. I never have trouble with my Movados thank God!
