Customers have generally had positive experiences, with the staff being described as helpful, nice, and patient. One customer praised Elaina, a staff member, for resolving an issue with a defective medication and providing excellent service. However, some customers have reported difficulties reaching the pharmacy by phone, with long wait times and unreturned messages. One customer had trouble obtaining detailed receipts for their prescriptions, which they needed for reimbursement. The customer service has been described as "nearly non-existent" in this regard. You'll get better service at CVS. It's a long story that I won't waste time going into. Bottom line, seems that Innovation is just too busy to give good customer service. I found a smaller pharmacy that took much better care of me.

For the last two years, Innovation Compounding was my go to pharmacy for my medication until they raised the price of my medication three-fold. They reduced the shelf life of my medication from three months to one, and kept the price the same.
