HOTWORX (HTWX) has changed my life in an amazing way over an unbelievably short period of time , about 6 weeks. I have never looked forward so much to any fitness program I have ever done in the past. The benefits of 3D training are REAL and my body loves it. Though I just celebrated my 50th birthday, I feel at least a decade younger and that is new for me.
I have visited 5 different HTWX clubs and so far, the Kennesaw location (my home club) is my favorite with the Sweet Apple in Roswell a close second. Is it perfect, of course not… but, they have achieved an impressive balance of quality, reliability, exquisite customer service, and amenities. The attention to detail is impressive. The manager Elena, as well as the staff I have met have been a delight to interact with. It is obvious to me when someone loves their job and this crew seems to fit that bill. A special shoutout to Nick, McKenna, and Grace.

If you are looking for a quick, fun, and INTENSE workout, look no further! Great studio. Never had any issues booking on the app. Tons of times available. Elena is the absolute best! Be sure to ask for her when you sign up. She will treat you right!

A great workout! You can either do the classes on the screen, or turn the volume down on it and do your own thing. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Hotworx! Somehow it makes exercise fun. The only thing is that the sauna ceilings seem a little low. It's perfect for myself but I was hoping to get my boyfriend in there however he's 6'6" and he may not even be able to stand up inside much less reach over his head. But I guess everything isn't for everyone. I'm grateful that I'm short because I love it. Lol
