This was a disaster! First they took weeks to tell me they could not provide the glass cover for my ceiling fan on my original order, then they shipped a bogus product. Who in their right mind would ever buy a SOLID light cover? OK, maybe I did not read the fine print, but I thought it was a glass product with nickel trim. And then, it did not even fit. And finally, unlike everyone else in the world these days, they charged me to ship it and then are going to charge me to return for a net refund of $6.00 on a $20 purchase. I rarely, if ever give negative reviews, but these people earned it. I told them to keep their RMA and I will throw my solid light cover in the trash.

Great Product, shipping however would prevent me from buying again. In my business I do a lot of shipping and $34.00 to ship $22.00 worth of mechandise is over the top. I shipped crate 3000 miles weight 25 pounds for $34.00

Purchased a replacement glass for my ceiling fan. First of all it took several weeks to receive it only to find out it wasn't the correct glass and didn't fit. Reached out to their customer service and they advised that there is no way to exchange it. And if I send it back for a refund there are shipping and restocking fees associated. So basically if I return it I'll get a $2 refund back. So Im basically stuck with it. Total waste of money. I'll never buy from here again...

Needed to order the wall can for the Cadet wall heater that just got here. Super friendly lady on the phone; got the part identified, checked stock, put the order through, and sent a confirmation number. All within a few minutes. She also has a great sense of humor. Nice working with you folks.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!
I had an absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a specialty outlet from them online for a shallow box that I had to fit. I tried to contact them multiple times when it didn't ship when it was supposed to, but never heard anything from them. A week and a half after it was supposed to ship, I finally get an email from them that the item was discontinued. Why was it on your website in the first place then!? And then they offer me a regular sized outlet at twice the price as a replacement!
They don't understand what customer service is and obviously can't keep their website up to date!

Received very good service from this company. Tried to place online order but it would not work. The CSR I spoke to entered the order for us and was very helpful and very customer friendly. Very satisfied with this company and the CSR. Thank you.

Ordered four unusual light bulbs, got only one. Customer service rep acknowledges I only got one, since it is visible in the box in their UPS delivery photo. Rather than fixing it, the rep says I will be contacted next week by the refund team. They can't or won't ship the missing three bulbs, which I was already charged for, until their "refund team" deals with it. The business appears to just be a drop shipper, at least for this product, which may explain this behavior. Buy somewhere else.
Edit: Missing items arrived six days later without further hassle. Raised to three stars.

Ordered 4 beige heaters, the received 4 white heaters and everyone was damaged as well as the wrong color. Sent pictures like they asked for shipping purposes because they claimed they were dropped shipped directly to me.... After numerous calls and emails I wasn't getting anywhere. Finally asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she was busy. If you look up their return policy it makes it seem easy peasy, . for me that wasn't the case. This company has multiple 5 star reviews but they would've gotten a 0 from me but it wasn't
