Their contractors did not finish my carpet installation during the time it was supposed to be completed. When I reached out to the store, the issue was not addressed. I have been waiting for a month for them to return to finish my installation. The day of installation was also a disaster, as my husband had to move the furniture, even though furniture moving is supposed to be included as long as breakables are not present. They threatened to charge me extra to move furniture that had nothing on it/ in it. When you spend over $10k in carpet, you expect better service. I will never purchase flooring from this Home Depot again and I will not recommend this store to anyone.

Staff was extremely helpful in me finding what I needed for a project. This will probably be my favorite store to come into for assistance from now on!

Every time I go there the employees try hard as possible to not makes eye contact. They literally look away or pretend to be working. If you ask them for help they sound like you are bothering them. I am writing this review cause after my 7th visit this week. I walked around for an hour+ trying to find someone to help me with a purchase of wood. No one not once came up to me to see if I needed help. ( mind I tell you it was extremely slow) when I finally sternly asked for help they told me to go to another store. I asked them a question where something else was and the guy just pointed in a general direction like it's over there. THE REASON IM ASKING YOU IS BECAUSE I OBVIOUSLY JUST CHECKED THERE and it's not there.

Went online & ordered 2 floor lamps from Home Depot, very easy experience & received e-mail that order was accepted with follow-up the next morning that they were ready for pick-up. Proceeded to the Home Depot in Kennesaw off Roberts Ct to pickup. Went to online pickup counter & advised Lexi I was there to pickup an online order for 2 LED floor lamps from the night before & gave her my last name, she advised me she could not look it up by name, she had to have the order#. Well having left my phone in the truck because the battery was nearly dead I walked across the store to the exit (Wuhan Flu restrictions in place) went out to the truck & back to the counter to provide Lexi with the order# (distance travelled about 200m), she turns around & plucks the 2 boxes from a cabinet 10-12' behind her & hands them over after asking to see a driver's license. 1) My last name is not enough to confirm an order but ID showing who I am is required? 2) Matching packages plainly labelled as to what they contain & which match my description 3) Both boxes also had labels on them with my last name in 1" tall print & the order numbers This points out poor management! A properly trained employee would of known that the package for pickup had both the order# & customer name on it & I would have been able to complete the transaction on my 1st trip to the counter.

They watch you wander around trying to find an item and never offer to help you. If it says limited stock on their website and you wander aimlessly to find it, they are really out of the item. This happened with a window screen repair kit, lawn bags. Never Home Depot again! Going to Lowes from now on!

When I was there about a hour I was looking for a amazon gift card. I asked for help and she told me where to go. So, I went there and I was being ignored by a white man. But when another white guy walked over he was served before me. Even though I was there just because the color of skin.

Worst HD I've ever been to. None of the store associates were willing to help, they just kept passing my question on to the next associate. After walking around, I see an associate walking my way. I guess she saw me looking towards her for help so she turned around and walked the other way. Once I circled the store 2 times, I decided to leave because Id been directed to 2 completely different areas of the store, only to NOT find what I needed. I will stick with my neighborhood HD, where they actually help me find what I'm looking for.

We bought HD Decorator’s Collection Altura 68” Oil Rubbed Bronze Ceiling Fan. It’s lovely. The receiver was defective. Look it up - hundreds of reports. Hampton Bay/Home Decorator’s Collection have acknowledged the defect and have made available replacement receivers to HD. Came today to cut some keys for my car. First employee had no idea how to use the machine. She called a guy named B. He showed up, didn’t even wanted to listen to what I had to say. Shut me off and rudely told me to go to Ace Hardware or Lowes because they don’t do this type of key. Problem: did the key last week and just needed another one to open the door of my car. I will never come back. Unprofessional.

Worst experience ever and you should avoid this store at all cost. Cashier Dominique processed my return on my Ryobi Impact driver and assured me I would get my refund in 3-5 days. Well she managed to find the WRONG order and credit card to charge the payment back to! I called the store after not receiving my refund and in short, they told me I had to come in. I come to the store and speak with Supervisor/ Manager J.C. who basically told me nothing could be done for me since the refund had already been processed! I was out my returned product and the money! Straight robbery! Do not trust these people! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, and I am a loyal Home Depot customer who spends money regularly with the company. You can find better customer service elsewhere.

Soooo today was pretty crazy day and of all days I had to stop by Home Depot. This Home Depot literally down the street from me so of course it's convenient. Anyway, I couldn't make up my mind on a particular item and Cali was there to help. She went over and beyond, literally waited patiently for me to make up my mind. I was so pleased on how clean the store were and also how satisfied I was with my service, I had to speak with the store manager Eric. Eric was pleasant and easy to talk too and even thanked me for voicing my experience. Thanks guys I'll definitely return.
