Big sale is on but not much to buy

Downhill. This store and this entire mall. Zero customer service and the staff looks like they are working at a park - not in fashion/style environment. The racks are a mess and packed with the same items. Not a good selection of sizes. Walked out without making a sale - and will just purchase my items online.

Order# - xxxxx cOrdered date - 2/1/2024Retail Store - 400 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144Purchased online as noted above. Tried to exchange a pair of jeans that was too big for me. The cashier referred me to manager/supervisor Ms. KM was polite and explained what she can do for this transaction. She spoke very softly where I could not understand her and asked her to repeat each time what she is saying(as her facial expression was ok I have to repeat this again based on my perception)I am hearing impaired and obviously I spoke very loudly plus she made me more upset during the conversation progressed which I admit my tone of voice got louder and louder. I did not swear but literally said this effing crazy. I was not threatening her either. Obviously she thought I was threatening and yelling at her but I was very upset and disturbed already because she said she can give me a refund and need to purchase the right size but she will not give me a discount for the one I am purchasing (about $6 to $7 difference).Your policy indicates you can exchange it at the store. Of course my tone of voice got louder due to my disappointment/frustration and she said to tone it down otherwise she will call security! Wow! Really ! Then a customer standing in line made a statement that if she needs to support her she will be there for her. Really ! That made me more upset. So I walked out very upset how this was handled !!. I was not a very happy customer!Went home and was so bothersome by the situation that I decided to call customer service and discussed my concern. Hold & behold , this customer service provided me with a solution! I received a quick solution within minutes! Received a return label via email and to top off an additional discount for the new item so I can order the right size. Yes, I spoke loudly too! This was handled within minutes!WOW! I wished I would have done that before wasting gas to go to this retail store .It seems that the online process is handled more smoothly than the this particular retail store with that particular person. KM!I don’t think she realized I am hearing impaired. Too sad !

I saw this gorgeous Jean jacket on this little 3 year old boy and asked where did the mom get it from and she said H&M. I immediately looked for it and I saw a store in Kennesaw. You best to believe I'm going there asap. Lol

Came at 6 pm & willing to purchase multiple items for work only for the girl to tell me the fitting room wasn’t open 3 hours before they close. Guess they don’t want peoples business!

H&M was closed today at 4pm due to short staff they posted. Are we still operating like this, Pandemic hours still exist? I was not happy to drive to this location only to find out it was closed with a sloppy written note on the side wall. Meanwhile, when you Google them it states they are “open”.

Second time shopping here and both were HORRIBLE experiences. I felt like I was being watched as soon as i entered the store both times and thats a red flag for me. I have friends who have said they have had similar experiences and it is unacceptable in this day and age and I don't feel I need to explain why. When approached by an employee (on the mens floor) it was very rude and unnecessary. While trying on clothes in the fitting room an employee walked in on me with no apology. It was very uncomfortable and I won't be returning. I will be contacting corporate next.

Went in here looking for clothes for my daughter.On of the associates took what we were looking for off a mannequin to help us. The size was too small but she helped us find it online at another branch.
