Long overdue, but I want to give a shoutout to Alyssa and Angelica! They did a fantastic job with the pool party! It was very well advertised, I had details remembered; and it sounded like so much fun I traveled back home about an hour to check it out for barely two hours! I’m happy I made it, because I had a blast for the time i was there. It was so well organized. I could tell they took their time and put their hearts into all the details. They are event planning goals!

I love Alyssa and Angelica! They pour out their heart to the community in Hawthorne! Every time I come in, they are always smiling and always helpful! Recently they threw a Summer pool party in the leasing office and pool and it was phenomenal; they had raffles, snacks, food vendors, drinks, and games!
Other than that, they are super helpful and love the amenities (pool, cyber cafe, gym, car wash station, pet cleaning station, parks, grills, amazon hub, etc.). I love it here and also how quickly maintenance responds and follows up!

We have lived in many apartment complexes over the years, from bug infested, to loud trains, to everything in between. No apartment complex is perfect, but We have loved our time at Hawthorne. The maintenance folks are quick and attentive, Alyssa is amazing and helps with all of our needs. We lived in three different units during our time and have the same great experience.

My boyfriend moved in towards the end of January 2024 and I've been helping him with the moving here. Our experience has been great so far. Despite encountering a few issues, the Maintenance team has been incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any concerns we've raised via email. Special thanks to Cindy for their exceptional assistance, especially in resolving a persistent odor issue in the Master bedroom and Bathroom. Alyssa has also been extremely helpful when we've brought up any issues that have come up or things we were confused about.
One standout aspect of living here has been the Hawthorne events, which have been nothing short of amazing. They foster a sense of community and add to the overall enjoyment of living in this complex. Their active presence on Instagram keeps residents updated and engaged with the happenings, making it feel like a tight-knit community.
Location-wise, this complex hits the mark. It's conveniently situated near a variety of stores, with easy access to the interstate. Some shops and restaurants are even within walking distance, making daily errands a breeze. Plus, the serene and tranquil surroundings make it an ideal place to call home. In summ this area is outstanding. I highly recommend checking it out.
EDIT: I've changed my review because sadly PEOPLE SMOKE INSIDE THEIR APARTMENT! The smoke then goes through the bathroom exhaust fan and into our Master Bathroom. The smell is sickening! There is someone smoking weed or something and it's making it so the Master Bathroom can't be used. So now we're stuck paying for a two bedroom and two bathroom with one bathroom being unusable due to the smoke. The person who's smoking is making it impossible to withstand it majority of the time. Also we have asthma so... I don't know what to do at this point, it's been three months going on four. I doubt Hawthorne can do anything so... *shrug*

I usually don’t give reviews, but I am so impressed that I have to give credit where it’s due. I have lived at Hawthorne Apartments of Kennesaw for a year. I have rented many apartments in the Kennesaw area and hands down, Hawthorne is by far the best! The girls in the office – particularly, Alyssa is fantastic! Alyssa was with us every step of the way from signing the lease to move-in day. She was always available to answer my questions and made the initial process great! If I have any questions or need assistance, Alyssa is always available and acts quickly. I have never had that type of service with an apartment complex. Ashley also assisted by going out of her way to help us with a cable issue by physically driving to Comcast herself to get this problem resolved on their end with success. The maintenance team is quick and efficient, garbage is always picked up in a timely manner and pool area is beautiful and peaceful. All around the facilities are clean and safe. Definitely give Hawthorne a tour and see for yourself!

The apartments are beautiful and we love the pool! My husband and I have lived here almost a year and we won’t be moving unless we absolutely have to. The office staff are the nicest people I’ve dealt with out of every place we’ve lived. We have had no issues. They’re incredibly responsive, always happy to answer questions, and so friendly. We’ve dealt with Alyssa the most and we absolutely love her. The maintenance staff responds quickly to requests and they’re also great people. Hawthorne has interactive events for residents regularly and they really make this a homey environment. My favorite part though, is how much they love our pets. They’re always so happy to see our dogs and they host events for residents’ pets. I’ve never loved the place I live so much. We’ve been through it with previous places and this one is a breath of fresh air.

I’ve been here for 2 years now and don’t have any complaints. The front office staff is always nice and respectful. Maintenance staff as well. I have great neighbors. No issues with my apartment and any time I’ve needed maintenance for minor fixes they always come in a timely manner. 10/10. Oh and let’s talk about the GREAT festivities hosted by the office staff. Almost every week they plan something fun for children, adults and pets. They actually appreciate their residents here.

I have lived at Hawthorne Kennesaw since January 2018. I have only great things to say about the office staff, Alyssa, Ashley and Angelica! They work tirelessly to see that any request for service is completed thoroughly. The Maintenance Staff are always on point! It’s always relatively painless to renew my lease, I mean it is paperwork after all. But not just the daily life, they plan fun activities for the residents as well. And really get in the spirit of whatever season of the year! Food trucks to a pool party, they have it covered.I can truly say that I have been blessed with living at Hawthorne Kennesaw!

Love this place. This is the 3rd time I have rented at an HRP location and am pleased once again. Great location, amenities, maintenance team, and office team. I have had most my interaction with Alyssa and she is amazing. I would highly recommend Hawthorne at Kennesaw if your looking for an apartment in this area of Kennesaw.

The maintenance men are on top of things. The leasing office, Alyssa and Angelica are great has well. The landscape is always nice. I'm very happy here and everyone is superb with their own expertise.

My only big complaint is the expensive rent which is the same in every apartment complex of this region.This administration is more active creating events for residents than others I have lived with, including some recurrent contests for dogs and cats in their Instagram page.

I've had great experiences living at the Hawthorne at Kennesaw. I love talking to Alyssa in the office. All of the staff is so kind and always brighten my day. They deserve raises! Hawthorne also hosts really fun events. Some of my favorites have been the ice cream and cookie days, flower pot painting and mimosas, taco night, the annual Fall Fest, Valentine's bouquet bar, and more! They are also really active on social media and have fun, community-engaging actives, such as a monthly Barkbox and Meowbox giveaway, holiday door-decorating competitions, and scavenger hunts. Thank you to the staff!
