If you are looking for great quality furniture, look no further. Haverty's has been my overall choice for my furniture needs. My house is a testimony of the quality, timelessness, and beauty of their products. Recliners, couches, bedroom suites, mattresses, tables, the list goes on and on. Some of it is over 25-30 years old, and it still looks like it was delivered yesterday. I am excited to be getting my new kitchen set. It is unique yet has the elements that will keep my kitchen looking up to date. I also might add that I have moved from a few homes and each place, and the pieces from Havertys work well with every different layout. Oh, before I forget, the staff at every store I have gone to and purchased have been amazing. Let Havertys be your go-to place to make every room in your home perfect.

If you want to wait over 7 weeks for them to deliver a bed of mismatched colored parts only to be told the bed you ordered couldn't be ordered anymore and have them push back the pick up time to take back the wrong bed 5 hours, then this is the store to go to.

We have been shopping for furniture at Havertys for over a decade and have been very happy with their service and quality of products. The sales staff is very friendly and accommodating. They even have a design person who has come to our house to do measurements and make sure the furniture fits the rooms (and looks good). We recommend Havertys for all your furniture needs.

I would for sure recommend anyone looking for furniture to go here, lionel the store manager did more than great work after we changed the furniture 3 times i will and any of my family member buy a furniture from them and i’m more than satisfied with the store manager service and the quality of the furniture.

This is the fourth time we have purchased from this Havertys, and we have used Tina every single time. She never tries to upsell or coerce us into anything. She listens to our budget, which is never luxurious, and always has fantastic ideas for our space and what we really want. We didn’t even think she would have a sofa for the space we needed, and she came through again. We now have Haverty’s furniture in four different rooms and are so happy with every piece.

I purchased a living room set from Haverty Furniture a year ago, only to face continuous issues with the seating cushions showing a manufacturer’s defect. This problem started showing just a month after the purchase, and despite my immediate complaint, the resolution has been far from satisfactory.Haverty’s response was to replace the cushions twice. However, this did not solve the issue, leading my mother and I to request a replacement of the entire set. To our dismay, this request was refused by their customer service team, who cited the reason as the purchase being over a year old. This is particularly frustrating considering that the initial complaint was made just a month into ownership.I had high expectations from Haverty Furniture, given their reputation, but the quality of the product and the lack of adequate customer support have been deeply disappointing. The ongoing problems with a supposedly new furniture set and the company’s reluctance to provide a reasonable solution reflect poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality.I hope this review helps others in making an informed decision. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Haverty Furniture.

Manager Lionel Sackey and his Welcome Back Kotter sales group of drunk tarts and old farts (2021)! Good luck with the furniture, too...I was employed, for a short time, where I discovered that I was hired to be made a fool; however, I did not allow that to happen. I walked out after 7 days on the sales floor, $23,000 in personal sales, and a lot of ridiculous behavior/harassment from drunk tarts, old farts, and management, too. I believe there was ill intent, from the beginning, to provoke me to the point of standing up to someone, then, being let go as has happened, several times, the past few years. I did not let it get that far.
