“This is a good location that I have bought from for years. It is not as big as some of the newer stores , but works fine for its size. The staff here has always been helpful in finding items and returns. There is also places to eat and a Publix in the same parking lot. The only reason for 4 stars is some tools can be cheap , but most are good quality and work fine. Also they allow you to get replacement plans for tools that go bad. The plans work and returns go smoothly.”

From the moment this is a great store ! The store manager and employees should be proud , I lived in 5 states this is my fav location , I walked into the store, Ken greeted me with a big, welcoming smile that instantly made me feel valued and appreciated. His positive demeanor and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a fantastic customer experience, he helped me making the cuts I needed great great and very nice guy , i think overall the stuff here seems happy and willing to help , i remember how good home depot is when i mistakenly go

“I like this store . Everyone is always helpful and their dog bathing station is awesome. People I see are complaining but someone will always do that unfortunately. About the dog bathing station. Things tear up people. It was probably a customer who tore them up . Give them time to fix things . I have always had a pleasant experience here .”

“We Purcased a Top of line Storm Door by Larson almost 2 yrs ago. It was Installed by Incredible Installations thru Lowe's and did an Excellent Job! 3 weels ago The "Soft Close" Feature Stopped Working causing the Storm Door to Slam Shut. I worked with Acworth Lowe's & Even The Installation Co re getting part & making appt for replacement. Got the Runaround UNTIL 3 Weeks later Got Bill in Millworks. I emailed Door info to Bill & he layed the Groundwork. Bill was Off the Next Day but Passed the Remaining Work to be done on to John. John took the Job on & called me to say he found what I need, it's Ordered, & I would be Contacted in about 1 week when part comes in! Waa Laa! Done! Kudos to Acworth Lowe's Employees Bill & John!”
