It really pains me to write this review because the owner was so nice, but I can’t let this go unnoticed. I dropped off some designer track pants in October that needed dry cleaning with a specific instruction to wipe out a particular stain.I come back 3-4 weeks later, to realize that my pants were stolen. The thief was wise enough to swap my pants out for a random pair of dress pants, so I have to wonder if this was an inside job? I don’t know. Case in point, be very careful with bringing any luxury or expensive clothes here, especially if you don’t plan on picking it up ASAP (and maybe this is where I went wrong on my end. But clearly the security is lacking).To the owners, if you do happen to locate my pants, I will take this review down. I am not trying to hurt you, just want others to be aware.

needed my men's pants length altered. No measurements taken by Gina cleaners. I told man at desk to shorten men's pants 1 to 1 1/2 inch. I pinned card to pants which was ignored. Other employee wife ? does not understand English language. Picked up my men's pants next week; cost was about $20 ? . Pants are and same length; no change. Costly and disappointing. I will never go there again ! unable to select rating which would barely be one star. Terrible experience.
