Bought a grill that had a side piece that can fold down so that it would fit better on our small patio.When it was delivered they had put it together so that you could not lower the side piece. The guys that delivered it said they were not allowed to change it. Delivery only.We called and were told someone would come out the following week to fix the side piece. The week came and went with no one coming to fix it or calling.The next week they called to say they would not come out to fix it, sorry.Will not buy from them again. Sorry.

Highly disappointed in this company! The owner Brian, showed up at our house to help his hard working delivery guys and barley lifted a finger to help, and then we find out our table was damaged! And he couldn't have cared less. He walked off and left after not even discussing our damaged table. The same table we spent a very large chunk of money on mind you. The delivery guys were left apologizing for their owners lack of concern. This company and it's owner are a disgrace!

Always great customer service and superior quality products. You can be at peace with whatever you decide on. I purchased a grill 1 year ago and amazed by the sturdiness and how effortless it is to clean the high quality stainless steel grates. You may pay what may seam pricey but you (as I) will be exceptionally pleased.

I have been shopping at Georgia Patio for many years. The furniture is excellent quality, and the staff is amazing; always courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I will never shop anywhere else for outdoor furniture! Lisa King, Matt and Heather have always provided exemplary customer service.

It is so, so rare in these "post pandemic" days to find *any* retail establishment staffed with people there who 1) actually *want* to help you 2) who *know* what they are talking about (20 + years of experience) and.....3) apply absolutely *no* pressure as far as sales are concerned. This was truly a unicorn shopping experience! Lisa and Matt are great. I got my stuff home, and went back the same day to get more!

Prior to going to Georgia Patio, I called to make sure they had the Green Mountain Grill in stock. Since it was Memorial Day, I asked if they offered any military discounts. The gentleman I spoke to said they normally don't, but would be able to discount taxes.That was more than good enough for me. During the checkout process, I brought up what the gentleman mentioned to me. I received all kinds of looks from the sales associate and others. They all looked confused and mad because I asked for the discount I was told I'd receive over the phone.Talk about making me feel like I am a liar. I told them, check your phone records, I called this morning prior to opening. If you have cameras, you can check to see who answered the phone. They actually checked to see if I called.Honestly, just very distasteful and unprofessional. They almost seemed upset with me because I didn't want to purchase any of their overpriced furniture.
