Sheila was our representative and she went over and beyond the call of duty to help us find what we were needing for our home. She was not pushy she was not clingy. She gave good advice and let us in the direction we needed to go. When we asked about some thing they did not carry she gave us her opinion on where to locate one of Quality.

We purchased a bedroom set and a leather sectional & ottoman beginning of Jan. All of it came in to the store except the ottoman. So we were told we had to wait a month for delivery. Then the ottoman was on back order and instead of setting up delivery for all the other pieces (we paid for delivery and only live a few miles away), they kept trying to bump the delivery date instead of making 2 trips to satisfy their customer.. They told us they could deliver everything else and that we could come get the ottoman whenever it arrived... But we paid them for delivery, so why would I do that? When they told us it would be end of March to get it all (basically 2 months from date of purchase), we finally just cancelled the sofa & ottoman. My advice is to check if they have items in stock before purchasing. Mrs. Peck who initially helped us was super professional and very kind and this is not her fault. This issue is with store management. Not sure we'll be back.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. This store has an impressive variety of items with different styles and price points. I especially appreciated helpful, but not pushy sales people. Ms Peck was attentive to my needs and helped me narrow down my selection, which I loved. I’ll be back!

We had a great experience buying a recliner here. Ken was wonderful and took his time showing us everything Georgia Furniture Mart had. We are looking forward to coming back and purchasing more furniture soon!

Just a shout out to our sales lady Sheila she greeted me at the door and promptly stated if I needed anything to let her know I appreciate that she didn’t follow me around. I knew what I was looking for. We received our delivery today which was great. One chair was nicked up, but hopefully will be replaced soon. We will be back to purchase more.

I wanted to like this store's furniture a lot. I bought three recliners from them after a wonderful presentation from the sales guy. We were told there was a great protection plan and everything. Within three months, we saw decoloration on one of the head cushions. We called and they said send a picture. We did that and no one responded for over a month. Finally we called and a customer service representative said there was nothing they could do after 30 days. Then literally a month later, the motor on one of the recliners broke down. We called and again it took over a month to get someone to finally come out to see the recliner. They doubled down that they wouldn't replace it, the discoloring wasn't their problem and that the motor would take several weeks to replace. So now I have an extended broken recliner in my living with no indication when it will be resolved. I have never seen service like this or quality this bad on furniture within 6 mos of purchase.
