Horrible customer service! I called to Check status of my order and was on hold until I eventually hung up. I drove to the store to see if I could just ask for a status since I was around the corner. Order was not ready even though it was supposed to be ready the day before.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...INCOMPENT STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. Unorganized, inefficient, slower than molasses, no sense of urgency, uncaring, lackadaisical, and overall...poor professionalism. The staff couldn't care less or locate anything...even one shoe, that was supposed to be already in the box. The manager, Tamara told me to "expect this during the holidays, and that I should expect this" Really? If anything...a good manager would prepare herself and staff for the holidays and strive for customer satisfaction. Her team found her to be funny, especially the cashier, who was at best...incapable. regardless, they lost a loyal and long-term customer, along with a significant sale. Highly unrecommended.

Horrible company owned by Finish line. I spent $200 on shoes and have no product and they were supposed to refund me 7 days ago and still have not refunded my account and they refuse to let me go to store to get my money my kid will not have school shoes because of them don’t waste your time ordering online from them horrible customer service cashiers have no knowledge of there job

The Manager “Avery” backdoors all the dunks or hot releases. Don’t bother asking for anything because he will lie and tell You they don’t have them or they’re sold out. He Only sells to his other buddies or the resell store located directly across the hall.

Everyone in this store seems like they’re sad and ready to go home. The customer service is so poor here and I can’t for the life of me understand how you only except military discount on certain shoes … makes absolutely no sense! If military discount is offered in the store, how do you THEN choose which items to accept it on??? Never ever shopping here again. They should really take this store out of Town Center Mall.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this location. Tammy was beyond amazing!! I appreciate her thoughtfulness and honesty regarding a pair of sneakers I purchased. She’s a sweetheart so go see her. Thank you Tammy Tam.Follow up; came back to this location today 12/10 and had yet another WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE !! NANA and Justice are absolutely wonderful young ladies. I appreciate their attentiveness and great personality. Please check out this location.

The two salesman or overwhelmed, but were helpful. The cashier and the manager, however portrayed a very poor excuse for customer service. They do not honor their own pricing that are listed on their displays. Be wary of the scam after you wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes to check out, they’ll slip one by you and over charge confront them about it and they do not care how much your subtotal is on the remainder of your ticket I have reached out to corporate, but I am being redirected back to the manager who failed in the first place

I just left Towne Center location in mall, and the cashier asked me to Go Put the clothes back up! The 1 pair I didn't want. Are you serious?!? I've NEVER been treated so rude. My husband put them back, but we left infuriated. We will never shop here again. So rude and Lazy. I didn't know I worked at JD Sports! Cashier #0378781 . Str #30914

Terrible experience trying to do a return. Apparently this is a Macy's store and operate a little different. At least that was the last response I received. I've seen other bad reviews but some good - so I'm glad some people had good experiences.

Waited for over 30 minutes to get a pair of shoes from the back. They brought the wrong size to the register took another 10 minutes and shoes didn't come out yet. So we just left with no shoes and went to a different store. Slowest and worst customer service I've ever seen. With all these 1 star reviews you would think the owner would reevaluate the staff. Awful store do not shop here
