This is to highlight one of the most dedicated and consistent workers I have come across as a delivery person. Ian Gerrity has been the main delivery person here at my job. He is always so pleasant and thorough. He is very respectful and kind on hot days on cold days he is always smiling. Thanks Ian!

My package has been in this facility for 5 days now without moving. The app says expected delivery date 7/29.. it's the 31st. I've called FedEx support and they can't get in touch with this center. Worst shipping company ever.

My package has been just sitting at a facility for 5 days now with no movement. On the app it still says expected delivery 7/29... its the 31st. I have called multiple times and was promised a call back, but nothing. WORST shipping company available.
