If you need any help, go somewhere else. The staff member there got an attitude, rolled her eyes and was very very unhelpful.

Not very helpful, if you are looking for good service. I’d pick another place for excellent service. If you need to simply pop in for a print or ship, it should be ok. You’ll have to search and beg for help if you need it though.

Not very helpful crew. They just want to play on their phones and talking mind you the store is dead. Am the only customer.

Mostly self serviced myself, which is my preference. Sometimes interacting live with people could turn out to be a trash experience. So for the features I used computer and printer it was great.

I expended an hour of my time trying to get some color copies printed. An elderly guy pretty sarcastic did not explain him self and he told me I was going to pay $7 fee for getting my prints done at the store. When he finished printing 10 pages in color he charged me $40 I asked him how much was he charging per page and he did not know…

Elimination of FedEx drop boxes has caused unnecessary wait at counter. Earlier pickup times have increased stress in our business.
