Shipped a package to Canada, fedex employee didn't attach customs page
Fedex looses the package and then refuses to refund my shipping fee

Saddest excuse for delivery drivers. People refuse to deliver my packages lying saying that they cannot locate am address that they've delivered to dozens of times. This time they ruined food shipped in from Louisiana!!! What a waist. I can't believe how awful this company is. Absolutely disgusting.

PAKMAIL. Bad service. They lost some important documents for us. The only explanation was : "those things can happen" and just made a refund.

If I could give this location a ZERO I would. This location has had our bed frame for almost a week. They continue to delay the delivery. I will never opt for FedEx again. UPS will continue to be number 1 for customer service and on time deliveries!

They inflate the shipping prices. You will pay 3 times the normal amount here. The woman is very disrespectful and rude to her clients. She hates people and her job. Worst of all she has no idea how to do her job right. She cannot fill out paperwork properly, your shipments will be delayed and have a ton of issues. She curses and talks over fedex employees and her own customers. If you pay extra to have items shipped quicker, she will leave it sitting around her shop for days. This woman demands you leave before wrapping your items. She possibly rummages through your belongings when you are not looking. All customer complaints she just blames on fedex. This is NOT a fedex location. Save your time and money and mental well being, because everything about this location is an absolute failure and a mistake waiting to happen.

Asked for a receipt because I needed it for a high value return. Was told just to take a picture because it’s the same barcode they’ll give me on a receipt?

Don't make the mistake of using this location! They can't bill your FEDEX account and they also inflate the FEDEX rates by double or triple.. never again.

This business hung up on me when I attempted to assist someone returning equipment after completing a work from home job. The level of unprofessionalism here is mind blowing. She told me that they weren't a FedEx location so needless to say, I'll be reporting them to FedEx.

The reviews on here are not for this store! They are for FED Ex corporate. This is a person's business. The person who helped me was friendly. My package was picked up and delivered with no issues!

FedEX service is socks! The workers are lazy they just drop packages anywhere and don't deliver to your door. Very poor service and it's getting worse every day. Not a happy camper!???
