Fedex looses the package and then refuses to refund my shipping fee

Saddest excuse for delivery drivers. People refuse to deliver my packages lying saying that they cannot locate am address that they've delivered to dozens of times. This time they ruined food shipped in from Louisiana!!! What a waist. I can't believe how awful this company is. Absolutely disgusting.
