“I was assisted from the moment I got to the front desk and and was treated with kindness and respect. I was seen quickly by an efficient MD, The only concern was the assistant/Aide who was very professional and kind but out of her depth with medications. She could not spell them or pronounce them. She was clearly practicing outside her scope of practice and I do not put the blame on her (except to say she should decline this task; because if she documents something incorrectly it could lead to a disaster or patient harm) as i am sure she was told to gather the information. The provider did not confirm my medication list except for one medication on my allergy list. All in all it was a good urgent care visit.”
